We had an amazing stay with my friends and it is highly recommended for the family. Nice room, clean toilet, great view amd attentive staff at reception especially Hendri and Sneha who helps us in checking in without problem.
We been to this hotel and we go to know that it is almost 50 years old, and you can see it clearly in washrooms design and condition however very clean hotel and very hospitable team all over the place. Great creek view in Italian restaurant. Good was average but I am assuring from front door all the way … hospitality is all over
I have been staying at this hotel since 2014 & love being able to break up the onward journey to Europe. Location to airport is very convenient and the Creek area is charming but it’s the service and value for money that keeps me returning. Every single member of staff cannot be faulted on their friendliness and helpfulness. Special shoutout to Sourav from housekeeping and Erma and Nagma in the Club Lounge. So many others (Reception, breakfast restaurant) that I’m unable to name but thank you. See you again soon, in a few weeks, on the way home to Australia

The hotel has a good gym and pool, as well as a great breakfast. The chefs make a yummy omlette
I enjoyed the Executive Lounge. Nice food, and exceptional service from Nagwan.

Angela at reception was honestly lovely and absolutely wonderful She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
Munir from the breakfast team was another highlight of my stay. He was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, and always made breakfast such a pleasant experience. as well to Vishal for being so patient and helpful with my luggage and room change.
