Shangri La Dubai

If you are having doubts in booking Shangri La Hotel with Lounge access then I’m telling you now, it would be the best decision you’ll ever make. You will be pampered by the most attentive team. Janeth was amazing.

Our experience at Shangri-La Dubai, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely amazing. What could have simply been a two-day trip turned into a really special experience, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable for us.

We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and at check-in I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a Burj Khalifa view. The check-in team were incredibly helpful and even showed me another room with an even more amazing view before I made my decision. We ultimately opted for the view room, and it was absolutely worth it.

The Guest Relations team really made our stay extra special. I was in communication with Zora, Kunga and Soad before and upon arrival, and they arranged for a beautiful birthday surprise in our room — a cake, flowers and balloons — while we were out for dinner. It was such a thoughtful touch and a lovely surprise when we returned.

Kunga also made a huge effort with our little one from the moment we arrived. She gave him a balloon at check-in and very quickly made friends with him. It genuinely made his stay, and he became so fond of her that he even insisted on drawing her a picture before we left. Those little moments are what really stood out to us.

Khodarahm, who we saw regularly in the lobby, was another member of the team who consistently went the extra mile. He was incredibly friendly and gentle with our little one. One particularly lovely moment was when our son fell asleep in the taxi — Khodarahm actually carried him from the taxi into the lobby so we could get settled without waking him. That level of care and attentiveness really says a lot about the service at this hotel.

We’re genuinely sad that our two-day trip came to an end so quickly, but we’ve come away with some incredible memories. The location, the views and the hotel itself were fantastic, but it was the people who made the stay truly special.

As always, the service level of Shangri-la hotel is top notch. From the entrance of the hotel Khodaram help our family with our luggage. Very friendly and attentive. Soad was also very accommodating to our 2 year old son. Keeps him smiling whenever we are in the lobby. Hamid from the check in counter was exceptional, everyrhing went well and smooth as it can be. He gave us a quick tour of the hotel by telling the locations of the facility. Special thank you to the kabayans working at the hotel who kept us feel at home with those friendy smiles and small talks.

The rooms is really big for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The bea is very comfy. Room service was on point. Everyhting was seemless. Thank you Shangri-la Dubai.
