The hotel is clean and calm, close to the airport, the staff is very professional and helpful i used to take only breakfast because i was out the hotel all the day and it was very various and delicious. Thank you so much !! I recommend this hotel

Good Location and Friendly Staff, but Housekeeping Needs Improvement
The hotel’s location is generally very convenient, approximately 10 minutes from the airport, within walking distance of a metro station, and close to a large shopping center.
The staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast offers a good variety of options. Although it is not very extensive, the overall quality is good.
However, the housekeeping service needs improvement. The area under the bed was not clean, and despite asking more than once for the bed cover to be changed, this was not done. Towels were sometimes missing, including face towels, even after we requested them. The soap dispensers were also left empty, and only a limited amount of toilet paper was provided. In addition, the shower was leaking, causing a significant amount of water to spill onto the bathroom floor.
Overall, the hotel is good and has many positive aspects, but greater attention to housekeeping and these small details would significantly improve the guest experience.
