The location is especially helpful for guests who want to explore the city without any difficulty. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and good overall service. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was well organised, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.
I would especially like to mention Santosh, for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, kind, respectful, and always ready to help. His friendly smile and positive attitude made a great impression on us. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed, and his service truly added to our enjoyable experience at the hotel.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Royal Ascot Hotel and would be happy to recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. The convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable stay, and especially the warm hospitality from staff like Santosh made our experience memorable.
