The Royal Ascot is located right in the heart of Dubai, making most places in the city easily accessible. Sheikh Zayed road is just 7 minutes away, and Burjuman - one of Dubai's premiere malls - is a mere 5 minutes away. . The golden sands and pristine waters of Dubai make for a great day at the beach, especially during the winter months.

A cozy, friendly place to stay

The ambiance, location and rooms are pretty decent. Cozy and charming. The staffs were accommodating, attentive and very welcoming especially Sahil. He chats with the guests like a new friend & non-transactional.

The stay was excellent, especially thanks to Mr. Sahil Rajput. His exceptional attention to guest service made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the housekeeping team was outstanding—fast, reliable, and always ensured everything was clean and well-maintained.
