We recently stayed at the Royal Ascot Hotel in Dubai, booked under the name Mr.Sikander Singh. As visitors from Punjab. Overall, our experience was mixed. As a 4-star hotel, we expected better management and clearer communication. There were several gaps in communication, and we felt that our concerns were not always addressed effectively.

However, we would like to give special recognition to Seenanda, a member of the staff. She was exceptionally polite, understanding, and proactive in resolving our issues. Her efforts made a significant difference in our stay, and we are grateful for her support.

While Seenanda's outstanding service was commendable, it is important to note that we felt the rest of the staff did not fully meet the standards expected of a 4-star establishment. This is the primary reason for our 4-star rating. We hope that the hotel will improve in these areas for future guests.

The best experience we had at the Royal Ascot for our last trip . We had the best facilities at the Hotel with Helpful Mr Rajesh , Manager and SUNANDA the helpful staff . Excellant breakfast spread with changes each day . All markets and tourist places nearby with a good travel desk . Keep it up

Awsome stay

The Royal  Ascot is located right in the heart of Dubai, making most places in the city easily accessible. Sheikh Zayed road is just 7 minutes away, and Burjuman - one of Dubai's premiere malls - is a mere 5 minutes away. . The golden sands and pristine waters of Dubai make for a great day at the beach, especially during the winter months.
