Bad experience!
I have been staying here now for over a month, the disappointment has to do with the room rates keep changing!! I had to extend my stay for another 8 days and they did not honor the rate I was currently paying nor the rate I had found the night before online!! A couple of days before I had to also change my room due to a strong cigarette smoke oder coming from ventilator …I had change room so I packed and unpacked everything ( what a hassle) and waited more than two hours to change room :(( Not happy with the whole room situation either as with the room change I lost the city view and now looking at empty lots with old houses. Although a nonsmoking hotel they said they cannot control people who smoke in their rooms, I have a really bad asthma and allergies on top of it a cold and could not breathe in my room. Time to time when in the elevator there is a smell and bad sweat oder in the elevators and downstair lobby by the elevators. The overall stay experience has not been good!

I had a wonderful stay at Rove Downtown. The hotel has a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere. Everything was well organized and made my stay very enjoyable.
A special thanks to Pooja for her excellent service and warm hospitality. She was very helpful, polite, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude really made a difference.
I would definitely recommend Rove Downtown and would love to stay here again!

This is a beautifully located, vibrant and friendly hotel. Parking is free. Staff are fantastic, approachable and helpful. It is very clean, the pool was lovely and warm and has a lovely view of the Burj Khalifa. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
