A big thank you to Faith and Sadiq for making my stay wonderful. Your excellent service and hospitality are truly appreciated!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The experience was very comfortable, and the staff ( Foncha, Mahmoud, Daniel, Lillian, Raza,…) were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was excellent, and I really appreciated the hospitality and attention throughout my stay. The hotel was comfortable, and well maintained, which made me feel at home. A big thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would be happy to stay here again!
Amazing location. Next to metro station of financial district .. check in was quick, the room is spacious , in room food was Awsome .. the breakfast spread is okay .. please add more veg options .. the check out was smooth .. overall great stay
Lovely location,it is not far from Dubai more and there is a train station outside the hotel.i can see burj khalifa from our room.very clean hotel, there is a pool in the 4th floor with nice view.
The main issue for us was the lack of food options for children and babies. There were several days when even basic options such as chicken nuggets were not available, and we struggled to find suitable alternatives for the children.
For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected the food options to be more varied, rather than having the same dishes repeated almost every day. The food itself was decent, but it became frustrating to eat more or less the same things day after day.
We were especially disappointed with the options for babies. We couldn’t find any unseasoned cream soups or suitable meals for babies over 6 months old, which meant we had to bring baby food from home throughout our stay.
Another disappointment was the swimming pool. Considering this is a 4-star hotel in Dubai, where the weather is extremely hot, we expected the pool to be available in the evening as well, not only in the morning and afternoon. Having the pool closed in the evening significantly limited our opportunity to use it, especially when the temperatures are much more comfortable later in the day.
Overall, the food was okay, but the lack of variety, the very limited options for children and babies, and the restricted pool opening hours definitely affected our experience.
