The hotel is in a great location. Everything is nearby, and one of the biggest advantages is the metro station, which is just a few steps from the hotel.

The staff in the hotel restaurant were amazing. We would especially like to thank Phyu, Shreye, and the tall, slim waiter who also worked at the Mustalf Bar (we forgot his name – our apologies) for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. They always welcomed us with a smile whenever we came in. They also kindly provided us with gluten-free bread, which we really appreciated.

Only Mr. Islam could smile a little more from time to time.

Every day our room was cleaned perfectly, and fresh bottled water was replenished. Francis did an excellent job – he was very careful and attentive.

The reception staff were always available and ready to help whenever we needed anything.

We would also like to thank the lifeguards. Unfortunately, we forgot the name of the dark-skinned lifeguard, but we witnessed him saving a young child from drowning when the child’s parents were not paying attention. He deserves great respect and our sincere thanks for his professionalism and quick response. We would also like to thank the other lifeguard, who also seemed to be the fitness trainer.

The swimming pool was always clean and pleasantly air-conditioned. We must not forget the lady at the Spa reception, who welcomed us warmly with a smile every time we visited. The gym is also very well equipped.

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. We would like to thank the chefs. There was a wide selection of dishes, along with a colorful variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. However, if you stay for more than seven days, you will notice that the menu starts to repeat.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable!
