Room was amazing 2403, and our housekeeper Jaffar done an amazing job with keeping our room beautiful and supplied with all our needs.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rixos with our family of 11. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we felt very well looked after throughout our visit.
A special thank you to Lynn, our housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our room, bathroom, and the kids’ bedroom were always clean, tidy, and fully equipped. He was incredibly attentive, coming in the mornings and again in the evenings to make sure everything was just right.
We truly appreciate the exceptional service and hospitality at Rixos. Thank you, Lynn, for making our family stay so comfortable and memorable!
Amazing place
Amazing hotel with great food and a perfect location. Our room is beautiful with an incredible sea view and everything has been great throughout our stay. Special thanks to Arjun and Nazmul for being so friendly, helpful, and keeping our room spotless.

Brilliant hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, which was a refreshing experience compared to the Rixos in Qatar. This is exactly the level of service you would expect from a five-star hotel.
The hotel itself is one of the best I’ve stayed at, and I genuinely couldn’t find anything to complain about during my stay. The only issue is that I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded, despite being told that it would be upon checking out. I will contact the Hotel directly regarding this. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel.
