Worth the money staycation!
I give this hotel a rating of 4 out of 5. My basis are the following; 1. location and accessibility; 2. Food; 3. Activities; 4. Facilities; 5. Staff and Service. Location is very accesible. Its still in the city but not in the main city, so you feel like you are on vacation. Food is the best. I really love the buffet and the selection of food. Its so rare that I enjoy breakfast buffet served but RIU caters to the asian and non-asian crowd. RIU provides for activities to be enjoyed by both the parents and the kids. I love the shows at night! Staff are polite and calm and the service is also good.
As for the facilities, the water park, pools, toilet, etc are decent and well maintained, but the bed and the pillows can be improved. Unfortunately, my sleeps is not as good as I hoped. The pillow was too hard and "Stuffed" and the bed is not as soft. I hope RIU improves on this. and Please provide more pillows, as a general rule two pillows per person.

Excellent hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Riu Hotel! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the food offered a great variety. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable, making our stay even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Riu Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. We would love to come back again!

Relaxation and Great Service at Riu Dubai
We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Riu Dubai Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed as a family — relaxing, easy, and great value for money. The all‑inclusive package was genuinely worth it: good food, plenty of variety, and no stress about planning meals or activities. The hotel is perfect for families. Our 7‑year‑old daughter loved the pools, the slides, and the kids’ areas, while my wife and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere, the clean beach, and the fact that everything was close and convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even better.The rooms were comfortable, the service was smooth, and the whole experience felt effortless — exactly what you want for a short family escape. We left feeling relaxed and recharged, and we can honestly say: we will be coming back.
Amazing place for families and one of the best resort in dubai
Overall excellent the sea activities and beach and pools and all inclusive offer didn’t had any issue with food 24hours you can eat anything .
Only for families this place is open to any dress and alcohol is served openly
