Fabulous Holiday
Excellent hotel with the best staff. Everyone from that first point of contact on reception, to cleaners, security, lifeguards, restaurant staff, entertaininment and maintenance were spot on and work so hard. Our room was a great size and kept spotlessly clean. Air con throughout the hotel was very good (and much needed).
Food was so good in the main restaurant we didn't feel the need to try the others. Pool areas were kept really clean and rules followed (with the exception of a single family).
Entertainment crew were lovely and engaging, particularly the two young lads.
Location is a little out the way, but the taxi service directly outside is really good and reasonable and our driver for the duration would arrange a meet point for pick up on the way home as well.
Definitely get out and explore, we used tripadvisor for most excursions which worked well.
All round a fabulous holiday and would definitely return, just perhaps not in mid July/August due to the extreme heat.
Excellent family vacation at Hotel Riu Dubai
Hotel Riu Dubai exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with many options, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful family vacation and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
