I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Business Bay from 11th to 14th September. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located in Business Bay, making it a great choice for both business and leisure.
A special mention to Zaki, Swapnil, and Alfred for their excellent hospitality and attentive service. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying at Barceló Business Bay again. Highly recommended!
We had a lovely 4-day, 3-night stay at Barceló Business Bay, and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring Dubai. Everything from the room to the facilities and overall service made our stay enjoyable.
A special mention to two absolutely wonderful members of the reception team, Swapnil and Zaki. They were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude really stood out and made our experience even better.
People like Swapnil and Zaki truly make a difference in hospitality. They are a great reflection of the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service, and I sincerely hope their efforts are recognised and appreciated.

We received a more than perfect service of these guys during our entire stay at the hotel. All the guests from the Blauwe Vogel. Sorry this only works with iPhone so I soeak for all of us, 31 persons.

I spent seven months traveling and staying in hotels in 2026, and I can say that the Barceló Hotel offered top-notch quality. This was largely thanks to the Duty Manager, Mr. Swapnil, and Ms. Jennifer (nice smile 😀), who provided excellent service and were attentive, kind, and always available. Thank you both, and kudos to this premium hotel for its commitment to eco-responsibility
