I spent five nights at Raffles Dubai and came away genuinely impressed by the consistency and quality of the experience.
The standout moment came from George at Front Office. On the morning of an important meeting, I realised at around 9:00am that I had travelled without cufflinks and needed to leave by 9:30am. George somehow managed to source a pair for me at extremely short notice. It was an extraordinary gesture, completely beyond expectation, and a perfect example of what exceptional hospitality looks like.
A special mention as well to Tina at Solo Restaurant, whose warm and attentive service was excellent throughout.
The quality of the food across the hotel was consistently very high, and the housekeeping team also deserves recognition for the care and attention to detail shown throughout my stay.
It is also worth recognising the Rooms Division Director, as the service culture across the hotel clearly reflects strong leadership and a team that genuinely understands the finer points of guest experience.
Raffles Dubai delivers the kind of polished, thoughtful hospitality that is increasingly rare. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it for both family stays and solo travel in Dubai.
A memorable five nights and a very impressive team.
The best Italian food I’ve had in my life! Chef Rahul catered for us perfectly, and the service from Sai was personal, intuitive and second to none. He completely understood our vegetarian requirements, and the food was perfect. 10/10 recommend, would definitely come again.
Sai ist an outstanding waiter and we rallye enjoyed his Service. The Ford made by Chef Rahul was great, too.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely hotel very clean with the most amazing staff who went above and beyond when my husband was feeling unwell. Comfortable & spacious room. Very good breakfast including pork bacon if you want it. Connected to Wafi mall also. Nice pool, where they also give you chilled water bottles. Would highly recommended & would stay here again.
What a stay. The hotel is amazing and the service is top notch. the transportation, The breakfast experience, the housekeeping and the most importantly the personalised service of Wendy, Izabela and the team is beyond comparable. Hats off to the top management for the eye on details and drive.
