Raffles Dubai

Had a lovely dinner. Their pesto is delicious. Nafi was our delightful host.

It was our fourth time at Raffles Dubai, and we chose to go despite the risks posed by the war in the Middle East. We were so glad we went, as the experience was truly exceptional. Check-in was superb, and Ahmed, the front office manager, upgraded us to a Landmark Skyview Suite, which was truly great. In addition, Ahmed and the front desk staff were always helpful and provided us with information. Ahmed even allowed us to have a guest for a free dinner (which we would have paid for), and we deeply appreciated it. Because of the circumstances, the club lounge was unavailable, and the breakfast restaurant operated only on weekends. The lobby service was outstanding. We could choose from a limited dinner menu, and drinks were complimentary for 2 hours. Food was very good and the staff provided excellent service and genuinely aimed to meet our needs. Especially our „Little Miss Sunshine“ during dinner—an exceptionally kind person inside and out—was always the highlight of our day. The pool crew, especially Amrendu, who always prepared our pool beds and cared for water and food, Mohit, the lifeguard, and Divyesh from the pool bar, were always friendly and smiling, cared for our every need, and made a special goodbye cocktail on our last day.
