I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I was actually planning to move to another hotel to continue my vacation, but I enjoyed my stay here so much that I decided to extend it instead. That really says a lot about how happy I was with the hotel and the service.
I stayed here around my birthday, and the team made it even more special by preparing a beautiful birthday amenity with a lovely cake ,It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture, and I truly appreciated it . 🎂✨
The entire team was amazing ,from the reception and room service teams to the breakfast and laundry teams. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was lovely, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent.
My room was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and I also really enjoyed the pool area.

I stayed at Radisson for the first time, and my experience was truly exceptional.
The first person who welcomed us and provided us with such warm, attentive assistance was Tejal. She has excellent hospitality manners, a very professional attitude, and a great problem-solving approach. She explained everything clearly, helped me choose the right package, and made sure I had all the necessary details.
Robert was another person who really stood out. He helped me with a late-night query and patiently provided all the information I needed. I truly appreciated his support.
Lastly, Hasan was a great personality and was very helpful in providing information about sightseeing and things to explore.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the team. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely be coming back soon!

The room service staff, the reception staff, the room amenities, the proximity of the hotel to all major local places, all of them were SUPERB!
Amazing birthday stay
This was my first stay at Radisson Blu Waterfront, and I had such a wonderful experience celebrating my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality were amazing.
A special thanks to Paul for assisting us with our luggage and making us feel so welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, beautiful birthday bed decorations, and a lovely birthday cake. It truly made my celebration extra special!
We enjoyed dinner at Fire Lake Restaurant! special thanks to Oscar and Sachini for their excellent customer service and for taking such good care of us. We also had a lovely breakfast at The Larder Restaurant, where Mahmoud and his team gave us such friendly and engaging service.
We also enjoyed our time at the Sports bar restaurant unfortunately didn’t get the staff names, but I really appreciated their friendly service and hospitality.
And a very special thanks to Christopher for his outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. He was always attentive, kind, and genuinely caring, especially whenever we ordered In-Room Dining. He consistently made sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you, Christopher, for going the extra mile!
