Great hotel and real character in the atmosphere…. Golden Lion excellent and Lido very good!! Staff are the best asset, with the Lido and Golden Lion Team standing out!! Anam in Housekeeping is a true star, amazingly reliable!!! Only addition needed is a swimming pool!! outdoors!!
Wow such a lovely experience in Queen elizabeth 2 with a wonderful experience with lovely and accomadating staff from receptions like Noemi and from galley CK i hope you will continue those nice and pleasant welcoming guest..
Just got back after a week stay It was a surprise for my mum for her birthday the previous month ,we upgraded to captains room which was very nice , views was amazing of the port , I paid for full board but lunch was the same as a night al er cart which was very spicy so we only had one lunch all week , breakfast was very basic , not much to choose from and people walking around with pjs on which didn’t look good ,but shout out to the staff there were all very good, the boat was amazing we got lost quite a few times . Reception was not good they couldn’t help every time we asked but on the concierge side big shout out to James you are a brilliant you helped us so much with transport and our complaints, there is a lot of building work around the ship which didn’t bother us and will be amazing in a years to come , you can’t really sunbathe on the boat as nowhere to go and a lot of stairs which was with very hot to touch outside and not good for disabled . Pictures on the website isn’t what you see no wood chairs in the captains room instead metal chairs which was hot . The Robes in the bath room was so small you had to were a towel aswell very revealing if you no what a mean , the food , very very spicy no selection of fruit unless you want green melon or hard pear no selection of breads as in pictures . Our last two nights the food was a selection but no red meat (steak) but food was cold lights on top trying to to keep the food warm . My overall stay was good met some very nice people
