Overall, everything was good, and the staff was helpful and cooperative. The food was slightly disappointing in terms of taste, but overall the experience was satisfactory.
However, my main concern was with one manager, Mr. Girin. Unfortunately, his behavior toward several customers was rude and inappropriate. He was the only staff member whose behavior stood out negatively; all the other staff members like rshisd ji and orthers were well-mannered and helpful.mr girin is not listen to customer
I would strongly recommend that the hotel management look into this issue and ensure that such behavior is not repeated, especially at the reception area, where guests expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
Apart from this issue, everything else at the hotel was good.
I stayed at this hotel in July 2026, where I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Janine MARCABA, who is very professional and very kind. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by a multitude of excellent restaurants and shops. Its proximity to the Burjuman and ADCB metro stations makes getting around easy. The hotel is clean and smells pleasant as soon as you walk in ; the rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. All the staff are very helpful and exceptionally kind (a special mention goes to TAYEB). The front desk staff are quick and efficient and always greet you with a smile as well as the concierge who is also quick to address your requests. I highly recommend this hotel, which is my favorite place to stay in Dubai.
I would give Zero star if I had the option. Terrible customer service and outdated rooms ... expensive hotel, wouldn't recommend.
Really bad service from hotel , whenever you ask them something they go by the book not at all acocmodating . Total mood spoiler , they dont understand hospitality at all.
Every thing was A1 perfect . The staff made the whole stay very comfortable. I've been staying in Dubai in other hotels but this time it's been very soothing experience.
