⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Pleasant Stay at Park Regis Dubai

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at Park Regis Dubai for 7 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Dubai and is a well-maintained, spacious property with excellent facilities. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay, and most of the staff were courteous, helpful, and professional. A special mention goes to the Nepalese and Maharashtrian team members, who were exceptionally warm, cooperative, and always willing to assist.

I also had a great experience at the bar. I requested a Long Island Iced Tea (LIIT) with specific preferences, and the bartender prepared it exactly as requested. The bar atmosphere and DJ added to the overall experience.

The restaurant was clean and well-managed, although I found the food to be quite expensive. One thing that disappointed me was that even drinking water was chargeable, and a request for complimentary water was politely declined.

Another area that could be improved is the reception experience. While the team was generally helpful, there were moments when the interaction felt inconsistent. As guests who had stayed for seven nights, we expected a little more recognition and flexibility. For example, after having a meeting in the coffee shop, we were asked to settle the bill immediately despite being in-house guests. A similar experience occurred during breakfast. Small gestures of trust and recognition for long-stay guests can make a significant difference.

One positive aspect worth appreciating is that we had to check out one day earlier due to work commitments. The hotel cooperated with us and processed a refund after the applicable deductions, which was handled professionally and fairly.

Overall, Park Regis Dubai is a beautiful, well-managed property with a dedicated team and a comfortable atmosphere. With a few improvements in guest recognition and flexibility for long-stay guests, the experience could become truly exceptional.

I really liked the hotel . I book through make my trip . Super fast check in and a very quick check out . Really Nice .

Room was specious and the bed comfortable . Nice and Quite in the room . The view from the Breakfast was terrific and food was good . Out of the four days Masala Tea was excellent on 2 days . Eggs nicely done . The property is a little old but nicely maintained . Except for a few scratches on the luggage rack , everything was nicely maintained . Good and Clean.

It is very close to ADCB Metro Station , and Brujmaan Mall

The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I also enjoyed the excellent amenities, especially the amazing swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, which made my stay even more relaxing. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was polite, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ms. Mira and the entire Club7 team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They made our evening truly enjoyable with their attentiveness and friendly approach. I would also like to commend the Club7 security staff for being professional and welcoming, helping create a safe and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!
