1000% perfect place to stay . Spically housekeeping staff so good and accurate . And reception people appreciate Good luck
The staff is disrespectful. We did not receive good treatment. The hotel is not value for money. The food and rooms are borderline meeting expectations.
Here’s a strong but professional 5-star hotel review that clearly explains the issues without sounding overly emotional:
5-Star Hotel With a Disappointing Service Experience
My stay started well. The hotel has many good facilities and plenty of food options, and I was particularly impressed with the bellboy service. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill because of the reception and housekeeping service.
I requested two bathrobes, but the housekeeping staff member arrived with only one, and the one he brought was damaged. What was more disappointing was his attitude—there was no greeting, no apology, and no professionalism. I called reception again, and the same staff member returned with another bathrobe. When I showed him the damaged one, he gave no response and did not apologize. Instead, he simply told me to check it at the door, which I believe should be the responsibility of the staff before handing an item to a guest. Even when I said “thank you,” there was no response.
This kind of attitude from a hotel employee creates a very poor impression and can seriously affect the hotel’s reputation. The staff member was working the night shift and was wearing a white shirt and black trousers. I sincerely hope management looks into this matter and provides the necessary training so other guests do not have to experience the same behavior.
The reception experience was also disappointing. When I booked the hotel, I specifically mentioned that I would require a late checkout. However, at around 11:00 AM, reception called me regarding checkout. When I went to reception, I was told I could have only one hour of late checkout, which was actually what I had requested. Then I was asked to pay AED 20 for the pending amount while I was still at the hotel. I found this unnecessary and embarrassing, especially when the checkout had not even taken place yet.
Overall, the hotel has good potential, excellent facilities, and some very good staff, but housekeeping and reception service need significant improvement. A 5-star hotel is not only about the facilities—it is also about professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, and how guests are treated.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve the guest experience.
