Stayed here for almost a month and I could say my stay was comfortable, but I’d like to highlight a bit of criticism that’s constructive:
Room: Spacious, bed was good, no noise heard from the outside eventhough there’s construction nearby. Bathroom could be updated.
Breakfast: Food options were okay, it’s almost the same every day, I believe you could add more or change the options from time to time.
I’d like to thank Bharath, he is definitely an asset to the company. He checks on you and ensure you are well-taken care of.
Housekeeping: They’re good and smiling , very polite as well and quick when you request something.
Reception: Miley has been polite and helpful too from day 1 to finish.
I’d like to comment something: I’m not sure if it’s only me, but I’ve been asked 5 times during my stay if I was checking out. If it can be at least more conversational than dismissive.
Also, there was an instance that the fire alarm has gone off and we weren’t informed of the test alarm. Reception did say that papers were distributed to the rooms but we didn’t receive it, sadly. I hope next time, it can be at least posted in the lifts or by the entrance to inform majority of the guests at least.
Location: 7-min ride to Al-Jaddaf Metro.

Best hotel ive been to the staff are very friendly and particularly a man by tge name of hazem who greeted me when I came . The room wasn’t ready at the time I arrived but he upgraded me to the sweet and wow absolutely stunning . I’ve been here for nearly a month it has everything I need and is very cheap compared to what you get in return . Also I have to add tge valet service tgey really are all genuinely nice polite people whom make me feel welcomed. 1 more thing breakfast is included if you book on line and it’s very good , im just been honest guys

We had an excellent stay at Barcelona Al Jaffa the staff were very nice and the rooms also , special mention to chaudhry faith kaouther for the good hospitality
