I must say that this hotel is an incredible hotel, support staff is simply amazing especially Jun, Amr, and chalini and Belisa are the most incredible supporting staff I have ever ver experienced. Overall the bestest best hotel in Dubai. Must visit and experience the same.
The stay was absolutely wonderful! I contacted Mohamed in the night and requested a smoking room in a quiet area, and he kindly arranged everything exactly as I requested. When I arrived, Belise welcomed me warmly and explained everything about the hotel. The room was ready, and everything was perfect. It was also my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a lovely gesture. The place is beautiful, and I will definitely come back again. I would also like to thank Chalani, Junkeer, and June for their kindness and excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you so much for making my stay special!

A Wonderful First Trip to Dubai
This was my very first trip to Dubai, and I honestly had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. Even though the weather was extremely hot, everyone made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
A special thank you to Miss Emily, who made our dining experiences so enjoyable. Whether we came for lunch or dinner, her service was always spectacular. She was kind, welcoming, and always managed to make us smile. Her calm and friendly personality made our stay even more memorable. I truly appreciate everything she did for us, and I hope to see her again when I return.
The porter was also always willing to help us with our bags and luggage, and the reception team was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The location of Novotel was also very convenient, with the mall, restaurants, and shops nearby, including Greenhouse, Day to Day, and Gift land There was always something close by to explore.
Despite the heat, I had a very wonderful time in Dubai and I’m grateful for the memories I made. I definitely hope to come back again soon, and hopefully I’ll get to see some familiar faces, especially Emily. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you to the whole team for making my first Dubai experience so special!
