Very very bad experience.

Very very bad experience! It was my birthday and the Manager named WAFA ruined everything she was in reception and assisted us very badly I was with family and she sent home my visitor and her way was so rude. BAD attitude. I hope the management will take action. 5 star hotel should have 5 star experience. Terrible.
