We had a wonderful stay at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel. I am Abdul Ashwaq, and I stayed with my friend Venu Madhav. We are both Deaf. The room was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and relaxing.
A special thank you to Ram, a hotel staff member. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful. He understood that we are Deaf and personally guided us to Room 704. We really appreciated his patience and support.
The hotel is also in a very good location, with the beautiful Museum of the Future nearby. Thank you to Ram and the whole team for your kindness and excellent service. We felt very welcome. Highly recommended!
Second time staying at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai, was there last year. One of the best hotels i ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location on Shaikh Zayed rd accessible to anywhere in Dubai. Beautiful view of the Museum of the future, I add a picture here. If you rent a car, they offer valet parking behind the hotel. Next door on the rught there is a everything store at the ground floor of that building. What impressed me the most is the staff. Most of them recognized me, but overall some of the most caring people I have met. Attending to every need, polite and professional, genuinely great people. Food was excellent, coffee shop right in the spacious lobby, many options to chose from. I give it 5 star + . If you go to Dubai stay at this amazing hotel, you will be comfortable, cared for and overall positivity impressed. Many thanks to the management, I will be back next year and see you all at the Millennium Downtown Dubai.

I booked for one night with my family, once I made a check-in I was chocked from the quality of the room,picture on Web are completely different from the reality, very dirty and old furniture with old TV,

The location is top class and people at reception make you feel so welcomed. I have repeated this hotel so many times not because its has the best amenities but it has best people who know how to make guests feel welcome. Michael, Khaled, Ron, Priyanka and Sam. I have started knowing their names because they all greet me and make me feel so special. For this feeling alone I keep repeating this hotel.
