Mobeen very good clening and very good staf
I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Check-in was handled perfectly and seamlessly by the reception team. A special shout-out to Ananda, the bellboy, who was amazingly helpful throughout our visit. Rohan, Phillip, and Orlanda also provided fantastic service and made us feel truly welcomed.
While the team and service are a 5-star experience, the room itself feels a bit dated and starting to show their age will need a renovation in the near future to match the high standards set by the staff. I would still happily return for the wonderful service!
I would particularly like to mention a house keeping guy Mr. Shumail and his supervisor Mr. sabin… .. excellent guy and team with supportive behaviour.. keep it up guys…
