Excellent Arrival Experience – Thanks to Sujith
Special mention to Sujith at reception, who handled the arrival with real warmth and professionalism. He was attentive, efficient, and made sure everything — from room details to any special requests — was sorted without me having to chase anything up. It's the kind of first impression that sets the tone for the whole stay, and he nailed it.
Please pass on my appreciation to Sujith and the front desk team. It's this level of service that makes a real difference.
Room cleanliness
I really like the hotel room and cleanliness is so good I really appreciate to the housekeeping staff supervisor miss pramila and her team they are very good to arrange my room properly and the bathroom was so clean and good fragrance the location was very good near to bruj khalifa i really enjoy my stay

Decent hotel, but not the comfiest of beds..
We stayed at this hotel for four nights in June 2026. The reception staff were very professional and also very helpful. The room we had on the 12th floor was ‘okay’.. Probably a bit tired, and in need of some TLC. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection available. The pool area was excellent, as was the staff at the poolside bar.. Overall, a decent hotel, but wish their beds were comfier…

A Great Hotel with Excellent Customer Care
I really enjoyed my stay at Millennium Central Hotel Downtown Dubai. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were always polite, professional, and happy to help with any request. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay.
A special thanks to Pramila for her outstanding hospitality and friendly attitude. She made sure everything was going well and genuinely cared about the guests’ experience.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!
