Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

I had a wonderful experience at ME Dubai by Meliá, and I would especially like to recognize Jad El Roz and Hsu for their exceptional service. From the very beginning, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive and professional. What impressed me most was their genuine kindness and the attention they gave to every little detail. They made us feel truly valued and cared for, always with a smile and a sincere desire to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. Hsu was absolutely lovely during breakfast — attentive, warm and extremely professional. Her kindness and quality of service made our mornings particularly enjoyable. A very special thank you also to Jad El Roz, who went above and beyond to assist us. His professionalism, responsiveness and genuine hospitality are exactly what you hope to experience in a five-star hotel. He made everything easy and ensured that we were always well looked after. I had a wonderful stay at ME Dubai. The hotel is truly impressive, with striking architecture, beautiful interiors, and an excellent location in Business Bay.

Amazing experience , from the checking process at 4 am the staff was ready and willing to help, that helped a lot after a long flight , rooms clean and bed comfortable, daily room cleaning without asking, The pool is amazing and the service always on point , I needed to print sign and return an important document and Jad from Aura department make it possible with no problems , the coincierge Staff supper helpful , Props to Solomon for the help , but every interaction with the personnel was always great , We will be back
