A Great Hotel Let Down by Poor Service
Very disappointing experience with the Club Concierge, Sofian. As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador member, I expected a warm welcome and professional service, but unfortunately, his attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked the hospitality Marriott is known for.
A Concierge should make guests feel valued and assist them with professionalism and courtesy. Instead, the interaction was unpleasant and left a negative impression. It’s unfortunate that one employee can overshadow what is otherwise a good hotel.
I hope Marriott management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all guests—especially loyal Bonvoy members—receive the level of service they deserve.
M club lounge Marriott Marquis Deira Creek
Dilan and Rahul set us up with an amazing evening experience in the M lounge. Drinks were great. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect. Try it out alone or with a loved one. You will not regret it.
