To our delight, we were upgraded to a beautiful room, which had been thoughtfully decorated for our anniversary. Walking into the room was such a wonderful surprise, and every detail reflected the genuine care and effort the team had put into making our celebration special. It transformed a great stay into a cherished memory.
A very special thank you to the Front Office Supervisor who welcomed us during check-in. From the very first interaction, their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for. They handled everything with such grace and ensured our stay started on a perfect note. Marriott is fortunate to have someone so dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What impressed us even more was the incredible honesty and commitment of Pradip and the hotel team when my wife's phone was forgotten at the hotel. Pradip immediately assisted in locating it, kept us informed throughout the process, and ensured it was safely recovered. In today's world, such integrity and dedication are truly priceless, and we are sincerely grateful to everyone involved.

Room are clean and fresh , all service person are wonderful, food and drink are fabulous.

Incredible!
Outstanding room. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was incredible. Loved the in-room dining menu and the taste was so delicious. Special mention to Zein who was very helpful throughout. Nipuni and Amar were very courteous at the front desk. Also, shoutout to Rudra, Harry from the FnB team who were so friendly and helpful. Amazing hospitality from Chef Manoj Karki as he helped in curating a lovely dinner at the marketplace.
