Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets. Overlooking both the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf and Dubais glittering skyline Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai is a stunning beachfront resort offering unparalleled luxury and an enviable Jumeirah Beach setting. Located in one of Dubais most prestigious neighbourhoods the resorts elegant rooms and suites offer an abundance of space combining contemporary decor with guestcentric technology and wonderful views.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Excellent Service and a Great Overall Experience
One of the best hotels in Dubai when it comes to service, hospitality, and facilities. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was well-equipped with everything you could need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean.
There were a couple of downsides. There was a strong paint smell in the corridors due to ongoing maintenance work, and the breakfast service was not very well organized. Unfortunately, food allergies were not taken into consideration properly; my dish had to be returned twice, so I was unable to eat it.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect place to stay in Dubai
Amazing getaway experience. Even the scorching August heat couldn’t defeat this place’s awesomeness. Exquisite service, especially from Khalid at the Club Lounge. Strip away everything else from the hotel, leave just him, and it would still be a top-notch place.
A true 5 star Mandarin Oriental Stay!
A fabulous hotel. Me and my son have just come back from a 5 night stay. Lovely setting, beautiful room-a club junior suite-and the best service ever! So many wonderful employees, but here were the best we encountered-sorry there are many!! Khalid in the club lounge-what an amazing person you are-so warm and welcoming. El Mehedi and Oleg by the pool-always so efficient and friendly! Anil and Jeff in Netzu-such great service in a fabulous restaurant-our favourite restaurant in the hotel. Joanna and Felix The Bay-both lovely people. Maxime at the front door-so friendly and helpful in making sure we were looked after by our taxi. And last, but certainly not least-Housine in the gym-what a gentleman-my son had PT sessions with him daily as he was strictly too young to use the gym, and these ended up the highlight of his day! Thank you to you all for making our stay special.

From the moment we checked in, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The professionalism, warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality of the Front Desk team were truly appreciated.
A special thank you to the Housekeeping team, who were always attentive and incredibly prompt in providing everything we needed. Your dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
And to the amazing team at By the Bay, thank you for serving such an exceptional breakfast and for making every morning even more enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team!

Lovely staycation
Fantastic staycation with the family and friends. Beautiful hotel and a facilities were fully operational. Great service from Khalid in the club lounge - he really went above and beyond to look after us! More staff are needed in the club lounge to reduce the waiting time for service. Overall a great experience!
