Good Stay Overall, but Disappointing Experience with the Front Office Manager
Overall, my experience at Hotel Leva was very good. The hotel staff and other team members were polite, helpful, and well-behaved. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Riyaz for his helpful and friendly nature.
However, we had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Shehab, the Front Office Manager. Unfortunately, we found his behaviour towards customers to be unprofessional and uncooperative. He did not communicate politely, and his attitude made our experience uncomfortable.
We hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as good customer service and polite behaviour are very important. Whenever we visit again, we would prefer not to be attended to or dealt with by this particular person. Otherwise, we may consider staying somewhere else.

An amazing experience in every way! The location is perfect and close to everything. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Special thanks to Mustafa for the professional, fast, and helpful service! The noise level was very low, which helped me relax. Excellent value for money. I will definitely visit again!"

I had such a lovely and memorable experience at LEVA Hotel over the past 4 months. From the very beginning, the stay was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. The entire team was kind, professional, and always ready to help.
