⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Simply Exceptional – A Truly Unforgettable Stay
We are fortunate enough to travel to Dubai regularly, both for work and pleasure, and having stayed at many wonderful hotels over the years, we can honestly say that this hotel surpassed every single expectation we had.
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the people. Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, professional and genuinely passionate about making our stay special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the attention to detail was incredible.
A very special thank you to Nandun at breakfast, who was absolutely wonderful and made every morning feel so welcoming. Jasmine at breakfast also deserves a special mention for her kindness and attentive service.
The pool manager was exceptional. He took care of every single detail and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time by the pool. It was the level of service you remember long after you leave.
And finally, Kareem, the reception manager, deserves the biggest mention of all. He is genuinely the best reception manager I have ever encountered. His professionalism, warmth, kindness and attention to detail were second to none. He went above and beyond and made us feel truly valued as guests.
This hotel has something very special. It isn’t simply the beautiful surroundings or the facilities — it is the incredible team behind it who make the experience so memorable.
We have stayed in Dubai many times, but this hotel has genuinely raised the bar for us. We will absolutely be returning and would recommend it without hesitation.

Amazing Hotel, fantastic service
The moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. When we made a mistake with our room booking, David on reception went out of his way to make sure we had a room that was big enough for me, my husband and our 2 daughters, and the room was spectacular. By far the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. All the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast staff even made a caramel iced latte for my daughter every day, even when they ran out of caramel they found some for her. The chefs were on hand for whatever you requested, and so lovely and chatty. The concierge staff we amazing. Wherever we wanted to go they arranged taxis for us, and we even ended up using the same driver for all of our trips. Our own chauffeur 😊. Santosh was the manager overseeing the breakfast and pool bar. What a great guy. Always there to check how we were, making sure we always had food and drinks. He was on hand everyday and always came over to see us to ensure we were being fully looked after. The bar staff were incredible, always happy, smiling and chatty. Drinks were brought over to our loungers with buckets of ice and water. They would even spray us down with cool mist during the day. The service was outstanding. The choice of restaurants was a big bonus. Lots of choice and all of extremely high quality. Our favourite ended up being Mina's kitchen. A buffet restaurant with amazing choice and quality food. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel, it was 5* in every way. We hope to return again soon.

We have never experienced such wonderful treatment from the hotel staff! Everything is clean, beautiful, well-maintained, great restaurants in the complex. Amazing pools, each different from the other, the rooms are luxurious and spacious. The room cleaning team is amazing and professional. The staff at the hotel made us feel like royalty no less! Special thanks to Lafusha, Mohamed Salah and Reblin who made us feel like home! We will miss to see you every day. We hope to return soon ! ❤️Claire, idan and the kids

Very Good Experience
The overall experience was very good. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to visit again.
