Excellent service and caring staff
We had a great experience at the Meridiem Kids Club. A special thanks to Nagma for being so warm, caring, and wonderful with the kids,she made them feel happy and comfortable. We also appreciate Siva from the call team for being polite, professional, and very helpful. Excellent service from both. Highly recommended!
Where Hospitality Feels Like Heartfelt Care
Our stay at Le Méridien was calm and memorable, especially during a family wedding. I am truly grateful to Nagma, who has a God-gifted ability to connect with kids of all ages. Her kindness, patience, and natural warmth made a lasting impression on us. There were moments we couldn’t find our children, only to see them joyfully engaged in the kids’ room with her. As a parent, knowing they were so safe and happy brought deep comfort. Thank you Nagma , for such genuine care ❤️
