There are beautiful resorts you visit, and then there are places that become part of your family’s story. Lapita, Autograph Collection is undoubtedly the latter for us. We return to Lapita repeatedly because it offers a budget friendly, family oriented Polynesian-inspired experience unlike any other seen in the UAE. The serene atmosphere, curated architecture, and genuine warmth create something far beyond a standard hotel stay, an unmistakable escape that somehow still feels like coming home to the Islands. This resort also maximizes the value for money being located at the picturesque Riverland and easy access to Theme parks. Our latest visit was particularly special as we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday, and once again, the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. From the valet team to the reception staff, the welcome at Lapita was warm, polished, and deeply personal. Being greeted by name throughout our stay was special; the kind of thoughtful detail that elevates luxury into a truly bespoke experience. The Marriott Bonvoy Club team was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and consistently gracious. A special mention must go to Stanley, who has affectionately become “Uncle Stanley” to our kids. His familiar warmth made our arrival feel like a true homecoming. Mr. Mahmoud also deserves special recognition. As the saying goes, "A true leader doesn't just manage a resort; they set the tone for genuine hospitality." He is an exceptional professional whose leadership, flawless decorum, and high standards shine through every interaction. Our suite was spacious, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable, with a spectacular river view. The location was quiet, quaint and breathtaking. Lapita made our daughter’s birthday extra memorable with a beautiful card, cake and treats delivered to our room, a gesture that speaks volumes about their care for guests.

Our housekeeper, Nyein, delivered personalized hospitality at its finest. She created the most adorable towel character on our bed using our family’s own items; our daughter’s headphones and headband, and our son’s hat. It’s the little things that often times leaves the biggest impact. Returning to such a creative, thoughtful surprise brought pure joy. Thank you, Nyein, for your wonderful attention to detail! The property is well maintained, clean, modern and beautiful with fantastic lazy river, swimming pools and numerous areas fit for relaxing.

The Kids Club team deserves immense praise for their enthusiasm, creativity, and warm environment. From hand painting and balloon artistry to engaging games, PlayStation and movies, they kept the kids thoroughly engaged and entertained. Huge thanks to Ojo, whose creativity is unmatched as well as Tara, Judy, and Phoo for making our children feel so cherished and at home. While the property shuttle service is always prompt and friendly, starting with Success and his warm welcome. Balu however was truly the cream of the crop! He invited our little girl to sit up front, smilingly naming it the "co-pilot's seat." From that moment on, that became her spot, and she eagerly looked out for Balu on every ride. Making a young guest feel that important is the absolute essence of exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Balu, for creating a memory she will cherish forever. Dining was a 10/10 across the board. The restaurant reception team welcomed were warm and friendly. The culinary quality was fantastic with lots of variety. We loved that the chefs personally made rounds to check on guests, a true mark of pride and hospitality. Special recognition goes to Ednah and Emeric, whose diligence, charm, and engaging conversations made every meal a delight. What sets Lapita apart is that its luxury never feels cold or distant. It is warm, experiential, and deeply family-oriented. While the property, food, and amenities are magnificent, the people are what make it extraordinary. To the entire Lapita team: thank you for another outstanding five-star stay. We had a wonderful and very memorable stay at Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts on 26th September to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our baby.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy at the reception, who upgraded our room to a Resort View Room and extended our check-out until 4 PM. When we entered the room, we were surprised with beautiful balloon decorations and a lovely cake for our anniversary. It honestly made our day so special.

Our baby absolutely loved the kids' pool and didn't want to leave! The F&B team was also amazing. Khaled took care of us so well as almost like a private butler and was very professional and friendly.

We had some feedback about the food, and what really impressed us was, how seriously the team took it. Chef Sridhar Reddy personally spoke to us the next morning and genuinely listened to our comments. Chef Ratheesh also came to meet us and personally prepared a delicious Steak and Salmon for us. It was such a lovely gesture, and we even took some pictures together.

What impressed us most was not just the food or the facilities, but the way the entire team handled our feedback and genuinely made an effort to ensure that we were happy. Every interaction felt sincere and personal. We truly appreciate the entire team for making us feel cared for and special.

My second time celebrating my birthday here. Somehow, they continue to exceed my expectations every single time.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The warmth and attentiveness of the reception team ( lucy, karen and Phil) the impeccable service from Hawley, the wonderful buggy driver ( i forgot the name) the restaurant team Sarina and the kids’ club Tara and Judy truly stood out. Every interaction was thoughtful, genuine, and delivered with such care. Even the drinks at Pool bar made by Kent and Romeo for my toddler is very thoughful amd made with care for a toddler.

What makes this place truly special is the way they go beyond simply providing excellent service—they make you feel genuinely valued. They put so much thought and effort into making celebrations feel extraordinary, and my birthday was no exception.

It is rare to find a hotel where luxury, hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail come together so beautifully. Every moment of our stay felt effortless, memorable, and incredibly special.

A perfect escape for families, celebrations, or simply a well-deserved getaway. We had an absolute blast, and I’m already looking forward to our next visit.
