كانت إقامتنا في الفندق جميلة ومريحة جدًا، واستمتعنا بالتجربة بشكل عام. أحب أشكر بشكل خاص مصطفى وعبير وروز على حسن تعاملهم وتعاونهم معنا، كانوا في قمة الذوق والاحترافية وساهموا في جعل إقامتنا أجمل، فشكرًا لهم 🤍
الملاحظة البسيطة الوحيدة كانت أن حجز الغرفة لثلاثة أشخاص، لكن عند وصولنا كانت بعض المستلزمات مثل الـ slippers والـ bathrobes والشاي متوفرة لشخص واحد فقط. تواصلنا مع الفندق وطلبنا المستلزمات الإضافية، وتم توفيرها لنا، ونشكرهم على سرعة الاستجابة.
بشكل عام، الإقامة كانت ممتازة والتجربة جميلة جدًا، والخدمة والتعامل الراقي من طاقم الفندق من أكثر الأشياء التي أعجبتنا. شكرًا لكم، وبالتأكيد ستكون لنا زيارة أخرى بإذن الله. 🤍 We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our overall experience.
A special thank you to Mustafa, Abeer, and Rose for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent assistance throughout our stay. Their warm and helpful attitude made our experience even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated their support.
The only small note we had was that our room was booked for three guests, but some of the amenities, such as slippers, bathrobes, and tea, were initially provided for only one person. However, once we contacted the hotel, the additional items were provided promptly, which we appreciated.
Overall, our stay was excellent, and we were very happy with the service and hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely be happy to stay here again! 🤍✨
