Really pleased to stay at JET again! The friendliness and kindness of the staff always make the experience special. A massive thank you to Ali G, the Night Shift Manager, who personally came to my room and took care of my request. I was quite upset due to a misunderstanding, but Ali was incredibly kind, patient and professional. He took the time to calm the situation down and make sure everything was taken care of personally. He is truly amazing and a great representative of the hotel. Another superstar is Seniru from Reception, who went above and beyond to resolve the issue in my room. Really appreciated his effort and support. A big shoutout as well to the Housekeeping team. The room was always spotless, fresh and very well looked after. Glad to say I’ll be back again on 19 October and looking forward to another stay. Thank you to the whole team!

Superb at every level. My stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious food and outstanding service. The staff deserves special recognition for their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every aspect of the experience reflected a high standard of hospitality and made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return.
I stayed in the hotel for the second time in the Dubai centre and it was a repeat experience from the first stay. Perfect from arrival to departure, friendly and helpful staff, excellent infrastructure, which I could inspect but not utilize - it was a visit full of work. In the room you feel like in a living room rather than a hotel room, absolutely clean and proper maintained, no complains at all. Breakfast is the best for a successful start, very delicious, selective and well presented. The atmosphere is very relaxing, either in the Lobby Area, the Agent Bar or the Cigar Club, perfect after a hard working day - assume it's the same after a sightseeing day in Dubai - one arrives in the hotel and feels well during reflecting an exciting day with a drink. Particular recognition to Thet Hnin Thinzar and their team at the front desk - very friendly, experienced and flexible supporting arrangements for a carefree stay from check-in to check-out . Be sure - I'll come back!!
