Exceptional Check-in Experience and Great Hospitality
We stayed at J5 Rimal for one night, checking in on the 18th and checking out on the 19th, and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.I would especially like to thank the receptionist who handled our check-in. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. She made our check-in process smooth and easy, answered our questions with patience, and made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived.Her positive attitude and excellent customer service left a great impression on us. Staff like her are a credit to the hotel.Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others visiting Dubai.
Best staycation ever
I recently stayed at J5 Primal Hotel in Al Rigga for my birthday celebration, and I had an amazing experience. I booked four rooms for my friends and me, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home.
I would like to give a special shout-out to Binesh, Ahmed from Reception, Yasil, Ahmed from Security, Gayan, Yoon, Louis from Security, and the lovely African lady at Reception. The African Bell boy. Actually all reception staff. Each of them played a part in making our stay memorable.

Also a special shout out to the African life guard at the pool. I really enjoy the amenities and thank you for being really nice, respectful and professional.
My friends and I were quite energetic during the celebration, but the team handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. They always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, while the security team was calm, professional, and excellent at handling situations whenever needed.
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and I especially appreciated having access to kitchen facilities, which made it easy to prepare meals and spend quality time with friends.
This birthday was a very important occasion for me, and the team at J5 Primal Hotel made it even more special. They made me feel at home throughout my stay. I have already recommended this hotel to many friends, and I know some have already booked their stays.
