My experience at this hotel has always been wonderful. Since 2018, this hotel has been my first choice every time I visit. As my stays often last for more than a month, I have come to consider this hotel my second home. I always look forward to returning because of the comfort, cleanliness, and consistently high quality of service.
What I appreciate most about this hotel is the warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff. They always go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of.
I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Waleed, Basil Yasser, Mahmoud, and Syed, and mr muhammad , as well as Yoon and Sanju from the housekeeping team. The hotel overall service deserves 5-star rating. The customer service level of the staff is excellent right from the lobby (special mention to Yoon and Mohammed) as well the room service. We had a very pleasant stay last night and would like to thank the front desk team, especially Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Shanel, for their fast, helpful, and professional customer service. They were attentive to our needs and made the check-in and overall experience smooth and comfortable.
A special mention to Ms. Yun as well. She was very friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
