Wonderful stay
Amazing stay while we were in Dubai. The staff at the door, reception, the restaurant, and room service were friendly, helpful and efficient. A special shout out to DICKSON, the lifeguard at the pool. What a wonderful, friendly and helpful young man. His boss needs to give him a promotion or a raise. Thankyou Dickson for adding a special spark to our stay.
An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience – True Hospitality at Its Best!
We stayed for several days and the service throughout our entire stay was nothing short of excellent.
Location & Rooms Located in the heart of Downtown, the hotel is just over a kilometer away from the famous Dubai Mall. Our room was exquisitely furnished with every modern luxury expected of a true 5-star property. The view, especially from the higher floors, is absolutely stunning.
Service The reception team was attentive and exceptionally courteous with every request. A special mention goes to Michael, who welcomed us with a genuinely warm and natural smile that instantly made us feel at home.
Amenities & Relaxation The common areas are spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the fitness center and pool on the second floor, which also offers fantastic views. Dickson at the pool area was incredibly kind, always attentive, and extremely helpful. The gym is fitted with modern, well-maintained Technogym equipment, and the pool features comfortable loungers and daybeds with gazebos, perfect for taking a break from the sun.
Restaurant Breakfast is delicious and varied, with great savory options for those who prefer a non-sweet start to the day. However, dinner at the restaurant is an absolute must. The culinary staff truly shines in the evening both the meat and seafood dishes I tried were outstanding. Hassan served us in the dining room with constant kindness and attention; it was a real pleasure chatting with him.
Final Verdict I 100% recommend this hotel and not just for its stellar facilities, but above all for the incredible warmth and genuine hospitality of the entire team. They truly make you feel pampered and right at home. We will definitely be returning!

From the moment we arrived at 2 a.m., we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Throughout our entire stay, the level of service was exceptional — from the reception and restaurant staff to our time by the pool, every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
A very special thank you to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a real difference.
This experience made us understand what truly makes a hotel worthy of its five stars. Beautiful facilities are important, but it is the people and the way they make their guests feel that turn a good hotel into an exceptional one — and the team at Hotel Indigo certainly did that for us.
