It was a disappointing experience. The rooms were worn down and shabby. My room had a strange smell, with stains on the couch and walls. I requested a room change after complaining about the condition of the room I was given, but unfortunately, the second room was no better.

The staff were helpful and tried their best to assist me by showing me different rooms and even providing an air freshener. However, the overall condition of the hotel was simply not up to standard, and unfortunately, there was only so much the staff could do.

I would like to highlight the personal touches that were provided by the team during my stay. After check-in on 13 September in the evening, I realized that none of my chargers were working. One of the Engineering team members kindly helped me and fixed the issue, even though it was not within his scope of work. And every morning, one of our chefs prepared the most amazing French toast for me. He told me it was the same French toast his mom used to make for him. ❤️ These small, genuine gestures are what make a stay truly memorable. People create experiences — and sometimes, it is the personal touch that matters the most. Thank you to the team for making my stay so special!
