A Wonderful Stay with a Few Suggestions
I absolutely loved the warm hospitality of everyone at the hotel, starting from the security guard to the receptionist and the rest of the hotel staff.
A special mention goes to Karishma at the reception, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. She patiently answered all of my questions and kindly granted my requests, which I truly appreciated. She made our stay even more memorable.
I was also impressed by the housekeeping team. Instead of waiting for us to call, they proactively checked on us and asked if we needed anything or if any amenities needed to be refilled. That level of attentiveness is truly top-notch hospitality and made us feel genuinely well taken care of.
My son had a wonderful time enjoying the pool. The only thing I found a bit disappointing was the pool operating hours, especially during the summer season. I hope you could consider extending the pool hours until 9:00 PM or even 10:00 PM, as many guests would love to enjoy a relaxing night swim and avoid the intense daytime heat.
As for the breakfast, I felt that the selection of international dishes was quite limited. I also noticed that there was no butter for the bread, no pain au chocolat, and a few other breakfast staples. Breakfast is one of the highlights we always look forward to when staying at a hotel, so having a wider variety would make the experience even better.
My son loves hotel staycations, and we often check into hotels around Dubai as a little reward for him, so we've had the chance to experience different breakfast offerings and facilities.
Overall, these are only minor suggestions for improvement. We genuinely had a wonderful stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of your team. We would be happy to stay here again and will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

It's amazing stay wich i didn't expect in like this I really appreciate that staff they are very friendly and that breakfast also I really like that masala Tea 🍵 any one who go there must try that masala tea in breakfast

Every nice staff and clean hotel and the location was very prime. I was able to call an uber and get to the city fast and easy

Amazing location and great service. Despite some minor glitches due to the recent regional crisis, hotel is a 5-7 mins walk from the train station and 2-mins from restaurants and supermarkets, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home.
