I just want to say a few words about holiday inn DFC , I have stayed here many times and its easy to see why I keep coming back, the staff are excellent as good as any 5 star hotel , they are so friendly and helpful , I arrived Tuesday evening and was met by nice staff member who was very helpful , the following morning I needed some documents printed out in a specific way, I was dealing with Yoon at reception she was excellent , she took care of my needs in a patient , friendly and very professional way which I am very grateful for , Zafar at reception along with all the staff and management at reception are so helpful , they really make me feel so welcome , same at the coffee shop and resturant Jessie , Mary, Lorraine , Donna and Rosie are so kind and helpful and resturant supervisor Muhammed has been so disciplined every morning he comes to my table and asks me what he can do for me , the Melon juice is excellent Mohammed , I must also never forget about housekeeping who do a really difficult job they are excellent and always so helpful , I truly love the professionalism of all the staff at this hotel , thats why I keep coming back , I have only mentioned a few but the whole hotel team should be very proud of themselves Thank you to holiday inn DFC your a credit to yourselves.
