Everything was so nice & Cool and the trip was fantastic.
It was wonderful staying here
I'm not sure if we were very unlucky but the hotel was full with large families and their kids running riots up and down all day and all night. You can't sleep because they shout all the time and keep on banging doors, windows and run up and down the corridors. There's no authority in the hotel to tell them to keep the noise down. Forget using the swimming pool, it's an absolute torture and a scream fest. To top it off, the lifeguards smell so badly of body odour you have to run for your life. We had no option but to walk all the way to intercontinental to use their pool and to get some peace. The lifts in the hotel are a disaster. We had to use the stairs all the time, it was impossible to get a lift. Breakfast was no enjoyment enjoyment either, with everyone running riots, screaming and crying, coughing over food and touching everything. Never again!
Very nice place to stay in with high level of services
Staff were great- especially Vivek at reception and Mary Joe in sirocco. Attention to detail from staff is spot on. We really enjoyed joes backyard and time by the pool.
