Visited with parents once again and another elite experience capped by being looked after by the superstar that is Karun in level 5 club lounge. There are good hotels in Dubai but not many are great like Grosvenor. We will see you again soon. Richard & Reka
Another great visit to this hotel , I cannot put into words how we love this hotel . The staff are just incredible and nothing is too much trouble . We ate at Rhodes and Toro Toro which is our absolute favourite . We opted for the Level 5 lounge again this time , I must mention. Rommel and Rony , who looked after us every day at breakfast and for evening drinks and canapes . They even arranged a little surprise in our room as a belated birthday surprise . We definitely hope to return again , fingers crossed it will be next year
We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Grosvenor House Dubai, and we cannot thank everyone enough for making our time there so special. Every aspect of the hotel was brilliant — from the beautiful suites, to the exceptional staff, wonderful restaurants and fantastic bars. The Concierge and Reception teams were always so welcoming, helpful and professional, and the Housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay.
A very special mention must go to the Club Lounge, which was quite simply the best we have ever experienced. The service, atmosphere and food were outstanding. Rony and Romel deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond for us in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel incredibly special.
A huge thank you also to the wonderful food team in the Club Lounge, who were consistently excellent. Karun, who we saw in the Lounge every evening, was absolutely fantastic and looked after us so well. And of course, Carol — thank you for everything and for making our visits to the Lounge so enjoyable.
We also want to mention everyone connected with Buddha-Bar. The whole team were brilliant and contributed to some fantastic evenings.
Rhodes W1 was another highlight. A great restaurant with wonderful food and service, and a special thank you to William, who looked after us so well.
We also have to mention all the fantastic staff at the Deck 4 pool. Their service, friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding.
What makes Grosvenor House so special, though, is its people. The staff genuinely make you feel at home, and during our stay we were lucky enough to make some wonderful new friends along the way.
To every member of staff and everyone connected with Grosvenor House Dubai — thank you. You all played a part in making our stay so memorable.
We will never forget the kindness, warmth and exceptional service we received. Grosvenor House really is a very special place, and we cannot wait to return.
