Firstly I went to this hotel last year and to be honest I did have some issues which did impact my stay, (building works) I did review it as right place wrong time. Even going through the issues we could clearly see this is our type of hotel. So we came back this year now I think that says a lot considering the experience of last year. So why did I come back. 1. If you like staff who really look after you then come here 2. If you like spotless rooms kept tidied twice a day ,then come here 3. If you like a great club lounge with a good choice of drinks and food and constantly catered for in a good range of different seating sections , then come here 4. If you like a great range of restaurants with great food , then come here 5, if you like a great breakfast with great variety , then come here 6. The buffet restaurant was really good, even though I’m not a fan of self serve. .. 7. Deck4 swimming pool not particularly big , but no problem with comfy beds and again well catered for with water and various slush drinks throughout the day, 8. The spar was great Everything was fantastic. so will we be going back ?well what do you think .? Lastly I will say this we’ve been lucky enough to go to some great hotels over a 25yr period at the likes of the raffles the palm jumeirah beach hotel , mina a Salem ,burj al Arab And we personally feel it’s best here
An absolute luxury experience. The staff, hotel and facilities are absolutely the best. It already starts at the airport where a very capable and nice Chauffeur welcomes you and brings you to the hotel. The driver Arafat is very professional and pleasant to have a driver. Then at the hotel again an absolute warm welcome where the staff really thinks along with you to make your stay the best. Overall maximum stars.
