We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are still very good, pleasantly spacious, and extremely comfortable and very clean. The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. A very special highlight for us was the breakfast: A huge thank you goes to the wonderful team – Aswin, Arun, Sonam, Chanchaes, and Saddam! They sweetened our day with a lovely little sweet surprise and a thoughtful thank-you card. That truly made our stay unforgettable. Due to time constraints, we unfortunately didn't make it to the water park this time. However, we briefly visited the large hotel pool – it is wonderfully spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Thank you so much to the whole team for a wonderful time, we would love to come back!
I am so pleased with the wonderful service we received during our dinner and breakfast at The Market Cafe. From the moment we arrived until we finished our meals, the staff took care of us with such attentiveness and hospitality. I am also genuinely happy to see how they interacted with my children — talking to them, making them smile, and creating such a joyful atmosphere for our family. A special cheers to Lissa, who assisted us throughout our dining experience with kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate her and the rest of the team at The Market Cafe for handling everything with care and making our visit memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel facilities, and the connected rooms were excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and contributed greatly to an enjoyable stay.
The breakfast selection was diverse and of good quality. However, the dinner experience could be enhanced by offering a wider variety of options and improving the overall quality of the food.
The water park was below our expectations and would benefit from significant improvements. the attractions were not engaging enough, and the children ultimately preferred spending their time at the hotel's main swimming pool rather than the water park.
it was great experience with friendly staff at all point, like Front Office, Outlets and Room service. Customer service was top priority with smiling face as always. room was very nice and clean.
