The hotel is fantastic, very friendly staff and beautifully designed & renovated rooms. The Staff at Marker Cafe was particularly hospitable, especially Kumar, Akshat and Kajol.

The Grand Hyatt Dubai a perfect place to stay and relax. Very Attentive staff, be polite to them and you get so much more in return. As a returning guest a Hyatt member and regular user of the Hyatt Hotels i can say see you next time.
My stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai was below my expectations. While the hotel has a great reputation and a beautiful location, the overall experience did not meet the standard I was expecting from a luxury hotel. The room experience could be improved, especially regarding attention to details, room preparation, and maintaining a higher level of comfort and cleanliness. Some services also needed faster response and better follow-up. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but I believe more focus on guest experience and small details would make the stay much better and closer to the level expected from Grand Hyatt. Overall, there is great potential, but the experience needs more consistency to truly deliver a luxury stay.
