An Exceptional Family Stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai

Our recent stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai from 1 to 4 August was, once again, an absolutely wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of spending three beautiful days with my beloved family, creating precious memories that we will cherish for a long time. What makes Grand Hyatt Dubai truly special for us is not only its exceptional facilities and luxurious surroundings, but, above all, the wonderful people who make every visit feel personal, warm, and genuinely memorable.

Once again, my deepest appreciation goes to Mr. Verma, who, in my opinion, is the heart behind the exceptional experience we have come to expect every time we visit. His leadership, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are reflected throughout the entire team. Every time we return, he somehow manages to make us feel as though we are coming home rather than simply checking into a hotel. Mr. Verma is truly the person who makes it happen every time.

This particular stay was especially meaningful because I was able to enjoy it with my beloved family. From relaxing and enjoying the beautiful facilities to spending quality time together over wonderful meals and unforgettable family moments, every day brought something special. The warmth, care, and attentiveness of the entire team made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely looked after throughout our stay.

Exceptional Culinary Leadership

I would like to give special and distinguished recognition to Chef Ghassan, who leads the entire culinary team at Grand Hyatt Dubai. His leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional quality, consistency, creativity, and professionalism demonstrated throughout the hotel's culinary operations. It is evident that he leads a team that takes genuine pride in creating memorable experiences for guests. The standards of service and cuisine speak volumes about his leadership, and he deserves sincere appreciation for building such an outstanding culinary team.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Chef Raafat and Chef Majid, whose professionalism, warmth, and dedication contributed greatly to our wonderful dining experiences. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail were truly appreciated by my family and me.

A special mention must also go to Chef Nitya, who prepared what I can honestly say was the best Shakshuka eggs I have ever had. It was not only delicious but prepared with the kind of care and attention that makes a meal memorable.

Another very special recognition goes to Chef Iman, who leads a wonderful and truly unique team. The atmosphere, service, and genuine hospitality demonstrated by her team were exceptional. They made every dining experience feel personal, warm, and enjoyable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Chef Iman and her entire team — and, if I could, a big hug to every one of them — for making our family moments around the dining table even more special.

I would also like to recognize Mr. Vinoth, Ms. Nassima, Ms. Asmi, Mr. Roman, Mr. Bahul, Ms. Phyu, Mr. Akyar, Mr. Chanchal, and Adi from the Restaurant team. Each of them contributed in their own special way to making our dining experiences enjoyable and memorable. Their smiles, professionalism, willingness to assist, and genuine care for guests represent exactly what exceptional hospitality should be.

Special Recognition – Housekeeping

A very special and personal thank you goes to Mr. Sugarmar, the Housekeeping Manager. His dedication deserves particular recognition. Throughout our stay, he was always there for us — 24/7 — ensuring that whatever we needed was available whenever we needed it.

His responsiveness, commitment, and willingness to personally make sure our needs were taken care of went far beyond what one would normally expect. He gave us the confidence that, at any time of the day or night, someone was there looking after our family. That level of dedication and personal attention is truly exceptional and made a significant difference to our stay.

Thank you, Mr. Sugarmar, for being consistently available, dependable, and genuinely committed to making our experience as comfortable as possible. You are a tremendous asset to the Grand Hyatt Dubai team.

Pool & Waterpark Team

I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ravi and Mr. Kavira from the Pool Bar for their amazing hard work and dedication. Their energy, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. They worked incredibly hard while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude, and their efforts did not go unnoticed.

A very special thank you to Ms. Lissa as well. She deserves particular recognition for the wonderful care and attention she gave to my children. Her kindness, patience, and natural ability to make children feel comfortable truly touched us as parents. She went far beyond simply providing service; she created a warm and welcoming experience for my kids that they genuinely enjoyed. She quickly became someone my daughters particularly enjoyed being around.

And, of course, I cannot forget her unique and wonderful Turkish coffee! It was a lovely personal touch and something I will certainly remember with a smile.

I would also like to recognize Ms. Shakirah from the Waterpark — or, as my daughters call her, “my daughters' best mate.” Her professionalism, welcoming personality, kindness, and genuine interaction with guests continue to stand out. The wonderful relationship she has built with my daughters is particularly special to our family. She has a natural ability to make children feel comfortable, welcomed, and happy, and she is truly a wonderful ambassador for Grand Hyatt Dubai.

My appreciation also goes to Navin, Jung, Gehendra and Alexander from the Pool and Lifeguard team, as well as Subas from the Waterpark team, for their professionalism, attentiveness, and hard work in ensuring that our family could enjoy the facilities in a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment.

Recognition of the Wonderful Team

I would also like to recognize the many wonderful team members whom I have mentioned in my previous feedback and who continue to make Grand Hyatt Dubai such a special place for us:

What makes Grand Hyatt Dubai different for my family is that, after several visits, we are no longer simply recognizing individual employees — we are recognizing a family of people who consistently make us feel like part of their family.

The smiles, familiar greetings, small gestures, attention to our children, personal touches, and willingness to go the extra mile are what transform an ordinary hotel stay into something truly memorable.

To everyone who contributed to our stay from 1 to 4 August, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You gave me and my family three beautiful days filled with laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, exceptional hospitality, and unforgettable family moments.
