The best family hotel in Dubai

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Family Stay – We Can’t Wait to Return!
We had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spotless and spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the facilities were perfect for our family.
A special mention goes to the lifeguards by the pool. They were always friendly, attentive, and fantastic with our children, making us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay.
We also want to give our heartfelt thanks to Raju from the Security Team and the housekeeping staff. On our last day, we realised we had misplaced our passports and were in a complete panic. Raju immediately came to our room with the housekeeping team and went above and beyond to help us. He carefully investigated the situation, checked the CCTV cameras to trace where our passports had been, and never gave up until they were found. Thanks to his dedication, professionalism, and the support of the housekeeping team, we made it home in time for our flight. We truly cannot thank them enough—they turned what could have been a holiday disaster into a huge relief.
The service we received throughout our stay was exceptional, and it’s the wonderful people who make this hotel so special. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending the Grand Hyatt Dubai to all of our family and friends.

Perfect Destination
Another birthday celebration, another wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai! Once again, we chose this hotel for our family staycation because it has become one of our favorite destinations. The excellent amenities, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality always make our visits special.
The food, as always, was amazing. This time, we also had access to their newly opened water park, which was a fantastic experience. We had an incredible time and enjoyed each moment, making the birthday celebration even more memorable.
A special thanks to Sarath at the reception for making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable with his warm hospitality and excellent service. I would also like to appreciate the restaurant staff, who served us with genuine smiles, enthusiasm, and exceptional care throughout our stay.
I highly recommend Grand Hyatt Dubai to anyone looking for a relaxing family staycation. It's truly a place worth visiting and experiencing!

The duty manager Ahmed Ibrahim and Moaz were an example of how hospitality should be from the moment I entered the hotel they looked after me and my family and made sure that we had a memorable stay and it happened.
The hotel upper management must be proud of having such an amazing team.
I loved the hotel and the waterpark and I will definitely come back for such an amazing experience and service.
The Water park Managers Mohammed And Amra were the best recreation managers I met in terms of their kindness and commitment towards the guests and the life guards must be rewarded by the hotel management for their smile and friendly service with guests ana especially the kids.

1 year old served known allergen despite written confirmation
My one year old daughter and I stayed at Grand Hyatt Dubai from 5–9 October 2025 in efforts to celebrate her 2nd birthday ahead of time. On 7 October, we clearly disclosed our one-year-old daughter's egg allergy at the Wok restaurant, and staff acknowledged it, it was recorded on the receipt. Despite this, she was served food containing egg and had a serious allergic reaction requiring emergency medical attention. The reaction triggered ongoing eczema flare-ups that required steroids and regular medical wrap treatments for almost five months, until February 2026, confirmed by her paediatrician as caused by the allergic reaction.
We raised a formal claim with the resort's insurer, AIG MEA, providing full medical evidence, photos, and video documentation. The claim has been repeatedly delayed and dormant, our Internal Dispute Resolution request went unanswered and the insurer's adjuster described our daughter's reaction as "transient," which does not reflect five months of documented medical treatment. We were eventually offered a low an unexplained "global offer," with no breakdown of how it accounts for liability or the severity of what happened.
I've been trying to resolve this respectfully and privately since October 2025. I'm posting this here publicly now before I post elsewhere after receiving no response from the insurer. And because a resort of this standard should be able to properly investigate a case involving a baby's allergic reaction and five months of medical treatment, not offer an unexplained lump sum and go quiet.
We'd welcome Grand Hyatt Dubai reaching out directly to properly resolve this.
