My stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel offers a beautiful blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The property itself is impressive, with elegant interiors, spacious areas, beautifully maintained gardens, and outstanding facilities. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well designed, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
What stood out the most was the level of hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and highly attentive, always ready to assist with a warm and genuine attitude. Their attention to detail made the experience feel personal and memorable.

Amazing people - Amazing Hotel
Visited August 2026 and was not disappointed. Amazing hotel and staff. Can not fault it. Has a waterpark on site which was good.
Hotel very clean and food was great. Staff were amazing and so kind.
Big shoutouts to Faiz, Arun, Akshat, Sonam, Dipenty, and the Chefs Anil, Reddy, Mohan
They really took care of our every need. Always on hand and always happy to serve. Nothing was too much for them. Food was very good and chefs would go out of their way to make it as we wanted.
Thanks for an amazing experience.

- didn't like staff trying to redirect guests to alternative breakfast spots
For those with families and without the budget for Atlantis the palm this has to be a must. You cannot do anything in the daytime so pool access and also the waterpark fill your family day.
Poolside staff were fantastic. I do question some of the staff at the breakfast area. Arab lady with specs was the one I remember who seemed to treat brown people inc. staff with contempt.
Otherwise I'm struggling to find a negative. One improvement would be to something in rooms that help with drying of swimwear. There is a washline in the bathroom wasn't suitable for no of items.

Amazing
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a rich and varied selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
Good Stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai
Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai. The hotel has an excellent ambience, spacious rooms, good facilities, and a strong overall hospitality experience. The property is well maintained, and the staff are generally courteous and professional.
I particularly appreciated the efforts of the team in responding to feedback during my stay. While there were a few delays in attending to some basic requests, the management took the feedback positively and made efforts to address the concerns.
Overall, Grand Hyatt Dubai is a good choice for a comfortable stay in Dubai, and I would be happy to consider staying here again.
