We had an issue with the TV in our room, and the engineer Mahesh parapati resolved it quickly and professionally. He was very polite, friendly, and respectful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His excellent service and positive attitude really made a difference to our stay.
