Great location. Great facilities. Amazing staff.
A friend was celebrating his birthday and the rest of us decided to book rooms here.
First, the location is central to both old and new Dubai. The neighborhood itself has many options of shops and food outlets.
I have to say that this was the best service I’ve experienced so far. The Bon Voy app made it easy to coordinate with them. We asked for an early check in and we were easily updated through the app. Other hotels would just tell us to go there and wait it out.
When we arrived, Svenda welcomed us like a ray of sunshine. She was quick, professional and personal.
The room was a bit dated but it came with a great advantage: size. The beds were huge. We had both a desk, a sitting area and a tea area. Sleep quality was good. Most guests were adults so no screaming kids haunting the hallways.
The gym was decent and the attendants on both days I went there were very professional.
Breakfast was decent. Had a good variety of dishes and breads. Service was impeccable from the welcome to the dining area to the kitchen. The people were truly happy to assist guests.
This was my overall impression from this visit. Everyone… even the lovely security at the lobby to the valet, everyone was all smiles and pro-active.

Experience at Four Points Sheraton
The stay was comfortable however to get in the shower u have to climb into the bath For older people this is a bit difficult a walk in shower would be better

The room was incredible, and the service was excellent. It was super clean, it was super calm, it was just overall extremely enjoyable. Ozair, the travel desk advisor, was especially helpful at guiding us to different monuments and activities, including The Frame, The Museum of The Future, and a helicopter tour. All in all, our stay was amazing. 10/10 would book again.
Hotel is ok. The staff is amazing
I stayed at this hotel second time, and i enjoyed the stay in general. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the catering staff: Meizel, Muuna, Apple Joy. Always there to help.
The tour to desert was a great experience. The desert was amazing. Thanks to friendly staff who helped us on this journey: the tour adviser Ozair Hussain, the driver Saleem and the buggies master Ahmad. We had a lot of fun!
On the negative side though, the interior is rather tired, the balcony was too dusty.
Anything else is good. I would recommend for those who does care how much money they spend.
Nice location.
We spent two nights at this property (second time). Great location near the Dubai Mall, etc. we used points to get the 2 bedroom suite. A great deal. Very nice breakfast. Good service.
