Hotel is ok. The staff is amazing
I stayed at this hotel second time, and i enjoyed the stay in general. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the catering staff: Meizel, Muuna, Apple Joy. Always there to help.
The tour to desert was a great experience. The desert was amazing. Thanks to friendly staff who helped us on this journey: the tour adviser Ozair Hussain, the driver Saleem and the buggies master Ahmad. We had a lot of fun!
On the negative side though, the interior is rather tired, the balcony was too dusty.
Anything else is good. I would recommend for those who does care how much money they spend.
Nice location.
We spent two nights at this property (second time). Great location near the Dubai Mall, etc. we used points to get the 2 bedroom suite. A great deal. Very nice breakfast. Good service.

Excellent location
Great central location right on Sheikh Zayed Road, just a short walk to the Financial Centre Metro station and close to attractions like the Museum of the Future. Our room was spacious, very clean, and offered an amazing city view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options. Overall it’s a wonderful value for a city stay.
