Fairmont Dubai

We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with living room suite number 1809. Staff member who provided us with room service throughout our stay was called KAISAR. Kaisar was fantastic with all his service. Very polite, humble and friendly. Couldn’t fault him at all. He notices details in services and made our stay extra memorable with how well looked after we felt as a family. Definitely deserves praise and appreciation e.g raise/promotion. If more stars were available to give for Kaisar’s services we would give it. Thank you

4‑Night Stay – Family of 3 We stayed in a Two‑Bedroom Suite and were genuinely impressed from the moment we walked in. The suite offered a spacious living area with a dining table for six, a large sofa, coffee table, wall‑mounted TV, and a handy small fridge. Coffee and tea facilities were fully stocked with high‑quality condiments and accessories.

Both bathrooms were exceptional large, modern, and equipped with bathtubs + showers. The complimentary amenities were endless: shampoo, shower gel, lotions, hand soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, ear buds and more. All high‑end products, and it really elevated the stay.

We stayed on half board, enjoying breakfast and dinner daily. The food was absolutely delicious, and the unlimited soft drinks package was a great bonus.

The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. I used the wellbeing spa and found the pricing very reasonable not overpriced at all. The rooftop has two pools, but the heat was intense during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy them fully (not for the faint‑hearted if you struggle with Dubai heat haha).

Room service and cleaning were excellent. For a city break, this hotel offers everything: comfort, convenience, and a prime location with the metro literally on your doorstep, making it effortless to explore Dubai’s attractions and restaurants.

From the outside, the hotel doesn’t give itself enough credit it looks quite plain. But once inside, it’s a complete wow moment. It’s a skyscraper that rises high above the city, and at night the views are stunning. We stayed on the 18th floor overlooking the World Trade Centre, and the night skyline was beautiful.

No faults whatsoever. Thank you to the hotel team for exceptional hospitality. There are many hidden shops inside the building too we didn’t have time to explore them all, but we highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed by your stay here.
