Fantastic experience
So fantastic experience here In Crown Plaza Hotel Al Mina Jumeirah especially the staffs at the pool Bar Mr.Mervin he’s very friendly guy and helpful to the Guest we loved it here we’re very comfortable and nice experience to stay and relax with my friend keep it up Guys
One of the best hotel experience.
We really had a good time. We went on my birthday and they gave us a complimentary cake . Special thanks to Aru from the reception. She was so nice and accommodating. Room was clean , bathroom excellent and breakfast was superb. Pool and jacuzzi was also good.
Exceptional pool bar experience!
The pool bar has cool ambience and exceptional service from the staff Mervin, who catered to our needs and made sure that we are having a great time at the pool. Definitely worth checking out!
Mediocre experience at the pool
This review is about the facilities. I am a member of the Fitness club. The gym is good, sufficiently equipped and not crowed. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the pool is mediocre for several reasons:
- It is quite small and gets often crowded but that's not the most important points.
- There is no chiller available to cool down the pool temperature, so it gets often above 30C.
Finally and that's the most important point: Clients go to the pool with city clothes...tee-shirts, Shalwar Kamiz, bermudas, etc...This is totally unhygienic. Most of the hotels in Dubai and else where would tell them to get adequate swimming clothes if they want to be covered, but not this hotel. I highlighted it to the staff who told me that he addressed this point to the clients who went to complain about him at the reception. The GM needs to wake up, support his staff and take appropriate action.
