Badaw gave me an extremely great help with programs and transportation. Great , polite and extremely helpful service at the fronz office and from the overall hotel team. The hotel is fabolous. Basically I do not want to leave Conrad. Felt like a 2nd home. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Dubai and would especially like to highlight the incredible team who made our experience so enjoyable.
A big thank you to Shatta at check-in, Fatima from Housekeeping, Fikani in the Balaro, Nin at breakfast, and Joseph and Dennis, the bell boys. Everyone was consistently attentive, kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
A very special mention goes to Gavi our waitress in Balaro, who took extra special care of us. Her warmth and attention really stood out, and she even offered us some of the restaurant’s delicious desserts, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We truly appreciated it!
The level of hospitality throughout our stay was excellent. It’s the people who make a hotel experience memorable, and the team at Conrad Dubai certainly did that for us.

I really enjoyed my stay at Conrad Dubai. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, smiling and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect for my business trip. Being able to walk to the exhibition centre was a big plus. I didn’t need to take a taxi, which made everything much easier and more comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team!
