Citymax is a fantastic hotel with highly attentive service and polite staff. This is a hotel I frequent regularly whenever I need to be in Dubai, as it provides all the amenities you could require as a solo traveler. The bar (Brew House) and the little coffee shop (Lavazza) are places I make sure to visit on every trip. The coffee shop is often hosted by the two loveliest ladies in Dubai (Charane and Abphia), making the experience even more special.
The room were wonderful maintain , The food quality was excellent 👌 i must say! And shout to Miss Charane for her wonderful hospitality.
Very good service, especially front desk (Ms. Cyrell), housekeeping and City Cafe for Breakfast. Everyday well received with a smile and a good morning by the hostess Ms. Charane, well cooked eggs by the cook Ms. Kavayha, the service by Ms. Chandra, Mr. Rahman, Mr. Akhil and Podip. Thank you all for making the stay pleasant and comfortable.
