Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment we checked in, we faced a series of issues that made our experience unbearable.

First, the noise in our room was constant and impossible to ignore. Every night, we were kept awake by the incessant dragging of chairs, tables, and carts from the restaurant above us . It was impossible to get any rest. Despite complaining multiple times, the hotel staff offered no solution, leaving us sleepless for our entire stay. It felt like we were sleeping at a cafeteria instead of a hotel.

To make matters worse, the minibar in our room didn't work at all. We reported it, but the only "solution" from one of the technicians was to suggest we order ice buckets. That's not a solution for a broken minibar—it's just unacceptable.

The worst part of our stay, however, was when my pregnant wife slipped and fell near the elevator because hotel staff had wiped the floor and left it wet without placing any hazard signs. Although some staff members escorted us to see the nurse, the only concern we were met with was whether we had insurance. This left us feeling like they cared more for financial liability instead of their guests' well-being. There was no follow-up, no concern for her well-being after the incident. The only "consolation" was a cookie and four pieces of fruit sent to our room. The fall was 2 days before we checked-out, no one came to the room to ask if we were okay. they just ignored the incident altogether.

This hotel failed on multiple levels—poor service, unsafe conditions, and a lack of basic hospitality. We left disappointed and exhausted, and we won’t be returning. I advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.
