The 133 rooms and suites each contain a work desk, flat-screen TV, high-speed internet access, a mini bar, and tea / coffee making facilities. The hotel features 4 food and beverage venues, including a 24 hour restaurant and a lively nightclub. Leisure amenities include a rooftop swimming pool which offers panoramic views, and a fitness centre with gym equipment. The Avenue Hotel Dubai is a short walk from Al Rigga Metro Station, and just 10 minutes drive away from Dubai International Airport.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including a nightclub, a health club and an outdoor pool. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands. The complimentary shuttle will take you to the nearby beach or shopping centre.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I recently stayed at the Avenue Hotel Dubai for more than two weeks, and I absolutely loved my time here! Staying anywhere for 15+ nights really lets you see how a hotel operates, and I can confidently say this place feels like a home away from home. What made my stay so great: Fantastic Location: Being right on Al Rigga Road made my long stay incredibly convenient. It is just a short walk to the Al Rigga Metro Station, making it seamless to explore the rest of Dubai. There are also endless dining options, supermarkets, and shops right on the doorstep. Great Amenities: The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for a long-term stay. I especially enjoyed winding down at the rooftop pool, which offers fantastic views of the city skyline. Warm & Welcoming Service: The entire staff was consistently polite, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile. Special Note of Thanks: A huge shoutout goes to the Front Office Manager, Calvin Evans D . He truly went above and beyond to ensure my extended stay was seamless, comfortable, and memorable. His professionalism, leadership, and genuine hospitality made a massive difference, and it is clear he sets a wonderful standard for the whole team. Whether you are visiting Dubai for a few days or planning an extended stay like I did, the Avenue Hotel offers incredible value, comfort, and hospitality. I had an amazing experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
I had a wonderful experience at Avenue Hotel Deira Dubai, and I would especially like to appreciate Calvin D, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality.
From the moment I arrived, Calvin was extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He handled everything with a positive attitude and made sure that all my needs were taken care of promptly and efficiently. His friendly approach, excellent communication, and genuine concern for guests really made a difference and made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay.
What stood out most was Calvin’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. His positive attitude reflects very well on the hotel and its commitment to guest satisfaction.

We have now stayed at Al Rigga Avenue Hotel three times, and after experiencing the hotel on multiple occasions, we can genuinely say that it has become one of the places we feel comfortable returning to whenever we are in Dubai. Our most recent stay was in August 2026. Before that, we stayed here during February and March, including an extended stay of around two to three months. Having stayed at the hotel on three separate occasions, including a longer stay, we have had the opportunity to experience the hotel in much more depth than during a short visit. Clean rooms, value for money and friendly staff.
What we appreciate most is the comfortable atmosphere, convenient location, and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located in Al Rigga, making it easy to travel around Dubai, while providing a comfortable base for both short and extended stays.
We would especially like to appreciate the Front Office team, Tharuka, Ahmed, Elmer, Sandeep, and the Front Office Manager — for their assistance and hospitality throughout our stays. The Bell team — Harka, Babu, Sujith, and Rasak — as well as the drivers, were also always helpful and welcoming.
We would also like to thank the entire F&B team, Engineering team, Security team, and Housekeeping team, including Dilasha, for their efforts in making our stays comfortable. Even though we cannot mention every team member individually, we truly appreciate the work that goes on behind the scenes to maintain a pleasant experience for guests.
One thing that really stands out to us is the familiarity we feel whenever we return. Seeing familiar faces and being welcomed again makes the hotel feel less like just another place to stay and more like a home away from home. The fact that we have chosen to stay here three times, including a long stay, probably says more than anything else about our experience. Whenever we needed a place where we knew we would feel comfortable and well taken care of, Al Rigga Avenue Hotel was one of our choices.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Al Rigga Avenue Hotel for taking care of us during all three of our stays. We have created some good memories here, and we are sure this will not be our last visit.
