It was good. The reception at night is very professional and accomodating. The room attendant also are good. The room and nice. Its like your sleeping in your own room. Only 1 thing 1 notice for how many times ive stayed in the hotel. The dental care and dispossable slipper is not in the room. We need to call the reception.
experience was enjoyable, i like the pizza and sisig 🤤 yum yum in my tumtum 🤗 i recommend that the staff informs the people staying to lower their noise levels 🗣️ and also, the hotel reception was a bit slow, and some items werent delivered. lastly, the water in toilet flushes really slowly (there must be so much poop stuck in the drainage! 😊)thanks.
The staff did their best to deliver an amazing experience, but sometimes the room service was slow or didn’t deliver some items. The food is quite delicious though, specifically the pizza and sisig me and my comrades tried. My personal favorite is the iced tea. The pool was also nice, the accommodations were also more than I expected. Though note that the water temperature adjust doesn’t work, it was simmering vs boiling. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, the room itself was exquisite, just one of the seats in the bedroom was quite dusty when my comrade slapped it gently.
My first visit was great, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful Filipino receptionist who gave us a good suite rate and assisted us as much as he can.
Unfortunately, my second visit was different. While waiting for our room, I asked reception if there was anywhere we could relax, but I was told no directly. The staff didn’t mention that breakfast was being served at the hotel restaurant, so I went outside to find breakfast and only later discovered the restaurant was open. I didn’t feel welcomed. Better communication from reception would have made a difference.
