Breakfast experience with excellence
Having stayed at this hotel for few days - I had booked including breakfast.
My breakfast experience was great - special thanks to Aissam whom have always looked after our table and provided good service. I see His smile spread the entire lounge with enthusiasm.

I booked this hotel for 10 nights in October through the travel operator LASTMINUTE.COM, paid for the reservation, and received a confirmation ID. I contacted the hotel directly and was informed that the reservation was confirmed.
Two days later, I received an email from the travel operator informing me that they had cancelled the reservation and that they would issue a refund of the amount paid.
As I really wanted to stay at this hotel, I contacted the hotel again to explain the situation and asked whether it would be possible to keep the reservation, even if it meant paying a higher price, but this time directly to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the response I received was very direct and, I must say, quite rude. Instead of trying to help me, or even making an effort to find a possible solution, I was simply told to contact the travel operator.
Is this really how you build customer loyalty? Is this how you treat potential customers?
Well, let me tell you this: even if you offered me a free stay, I would not stay at your hotel.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of your hotel, and I certainly will not recommend it to anyone.
