Yousef gave us an amazing experience on the luxury bus transfer from Anantara Downtown Dubai to Ras Al Khamai and then for our tour and then to the airport. Professional and courteous, managed traffic and ensured our bags were all sorted out. Will definitely recommend and use again when in Dubai

they took my pants without asking, they took my slipper while cleaninc the room as by mistake and when i asked they said its with cleaning lady, i entered the room it wasn't clean
