A wonderful experience from start to finish. The hostess was absolutely amazing, greeting us with a warm smile every morning and making us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Aizelle also played a lovely part in making our stay feel warm and welcome. The meals were exquisite, beautifully prepared, and delicious. A charming stay with exceptional hospitality.
We went to Sidra Restaurant for Afternoon Tea, the atmosphere was so cozy and relaxing. Zelle and Yoon were so friendly and accommodating, very easy to converse with. We will surely come back.
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant from start to finish. The breakfast had a good variety and the service was great. Dorothy deserves a special mention for being so welcoming, friendly and attentive during breakfast. She was always smiling, helpful, and made sure my guests were comfortable. Small things like that really make a difference during a hotel stay. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider coming back 100%.
