From the moment I arrived, Fatma and Siham at the reception welcomed me warmly.
Fatma was extremely helpful, kind, professional and made the whole process so easy. She went above and beyond to assist us and she was very patient.
I explained that I had just arrived from the airport with my wife after our honeymoon flight was cancelled due to an issue with the country entry card. They immediately took care of us and provided excellent service, including a complimentary suite upgrade and early check-in.
They also informed us about the UAE Women’s Day Afternoon Tea offer, which was still available for guests to enjoy. Naheela and Aravind kindly assisted us with the reservation. When we arrived at our suite, we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful cake with a wedding congratulatory message, along with fresh fruits. It was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture.
We then went to the Side Lounge for Afternoon Tea, and it was truly worth experiencing. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.
Afterwards, my wife and I went to the mall. When we returned to the hotel and entered our suite, we were surprised to see that Aditya and Ayman from Butler had prepared a special setup for us. We were honestly touched by their warm hospitality and attention to detail.
Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and memorable.
I will definitely be coming back in the future without hesitation, and Al Habtoor Palace will certainly be my first choice for my next visit.
