We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel itself was wonderful, and what truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making our entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of breakfast options to choose from each morning. I especially loved the fresh and healthy green juice A special thank you to Soumojeet, Yoon, and Dorothy for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back.

Our stay at Hilton Al Habtoor City was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful facilities, outstanding hospitality, and impeccable service.
One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible live show that was included with our overnight package. It was truly spectacular and made our experience even more memorable. Having such world-class entertainment as part of our stay added so much value and created an unforgettable evening.
A special thank you goes to Gerard, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care were evident throughout our stay. He leads by example and is clearly passionate about providing the highest level of hospitality.
Kudos as well to the entire team. Every staff member was warm, attentive, hardworking, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made us feel valued from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out.
