This premium luxury hotel is located in the most fashionable heart of Dubai, overlooking the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa. The hotel is connected to the Dubai Mall, which is one of the largest shopping and entertainment destinations in the world. The famous Jumeirah Mosque and the Dubai International Airport are less than 15 km away. It offers five unparalleled restaurants and lounges where guests can taste the finest cuisine, luxurious spa facilities where the visitors experience signature treatment, innovative shopping services, and convenient business equipment and conference facilities. The serene guestrooms feature the typical luxury, intelligent design combined with fluffy carpeting and first-class furnishings to stimulate a pleasant impression of majestic luxury. Each room has a luxurious, private bathroom with high class amenities. The visitors may contemplate the splendour of Burj Khalifa while sample refreshing beverages from the pool deck.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Some people make a hotel stay memorable. Mohammed Ramadhan makes you want to come back.
Back in July, I stayed at Address Downtown and left one of the most heartfelt reviews I have ever written. I genuinely thought that level of hospitality would be difficult to experience again.
I was wrong.
This time, we stayed at Address Dubai Mall from 3 to 8 October, and to my absolute delight, I encountered Mohammed Ramadhan again.
What a remarkable gentleman.
Different hotel, same extraordinary hospitality. Mohammed's command of the operation, his attention to detail, and the way his team looks after guests speak volumes about his leadership.
When we experienced an issue with our air-conditioning, Mohammed didn't simply resolve it. He generously upgraded us to a beautiful suite for our final couple of nights, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the highlights of our stay. That is someone who truly understands hospitality.
Abdulhameed Khalifa at the front desk deserves special recognition. Exceptionally polite, genuinely helpful, and an absolute gentleman. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction made us feel more like family than hotel guests.
And then there was Ahmed, the Arabic coffee gentleman. He welcomed us with Arabic coffee the moment we arrived, and his attentiveness never stopped. Throughout our stay, he was always there with that same warmth and genuine care. Such a lovely person, and someone we certainly won't forget.
I have stayed in many beautiful hotels. Luxury is easy to find. People who make you feel genuinely cared for are not.
To Mohammed, thank you once again. Twice now, you have made our stays unforgettable. I sincerely hope Address Hotels recognises what an extraordinary asset you are.

Beautiful hotels are everywhere. It's people like Mohammed, Abdulhameed, and Ahmed who make one truly exceptional.
في ناس تخلي إقامتك بالفندق ما تنتسي.. بس محمد رمضان يخليك من صجك ودك ترجع وتكررها.
بشهر سبعة اللي طاف، سكنت في أدريس داون تاون وكتبت وقتها ريفيو طالع من القلب، وكنت حاط ببالي إن مستحيل ألقى نفس هالمستوى من الذوق والضيافة مرة ثانية.
هالمرة سكنا في أدريس دبي مول من ٣ إلى ٨ أكتوبر، ومن حسن حظي وفرحتي إني صادفت محمد رمضان هناك مرة ثانية.
يا كبر حظ الفندق بهالريال.. قمة بالذوق والرقي. الفندق تغير، بس كرم الضيافة والاهتمام الاستثنائي ماتغيروا. إدارته وتمكنه من الشغل، عينه على كل صغيرة وكبيرة، وطريقة فريقه بالتعامل مع النزلاء تدل على إنه قائد محنك ويعرف يدير المكان صح.
صارت لنا سالفة بالتكييف، ومحمد ما اكتفى إنه يحل الموضوع وبس.. لا، رقانا بكل كرم لجناح يفتح النفس لآخر ليلتين، وحول موقف كان ممكن يضايقنا إلى أحلى تجربة بالإقامة كلها. هذا الشخص اللي صج فاهم معنى الضيافة الفندقية الحقيقية.
ولا يهون عبدالحميد خليفة بالاستقبال، يستاهل كل الشكر والتقدير.. قمة بالأدب، خدووم من قلب، وريال محترم لأبعد حد. ما كان يثقل عليه أي طلب، وكل تعامل وياه يخليك تحس إنك بين أهلك وناسك مو مجرد نزيل بفندق.
وأما أحمد صاحب القهوة العربية.. من أول ما دشينا استقبلنا بفنجان القهوة وطيبته، واهتمامه ما وقف طول الإقامة. وين ما نروح نلقاه بنفس الابتسامة والترحيب الحار وروح وأكيد ما راح ننساه.
سكنت بفنادق وايد فخمة وراقية، والفخامة بكل مكان تلقاها.. بس الناس اللي يحسسونك إنك صج غالي ويهتمون فيك من قلب، نادر ما تلقاهم.
أخوي محمد، مشكور من القلب للمرة الثانية.. هذي ثاني مرة تخلي رحلتنا ما تنتسي، وأتمنى من إدارة أدريس يقدرون عدل شكثر وجودك عندهم مكسب كبير.
وللأخوان عبدالحميد وأحمد، ألف شكر على حسن الاستقبال وطيبكم اللي ما ينوصف.
أنا رجعت عشان تجربتي الأولى كانت مميزة، وطلعت هالمرة وعندي أسباب أكثر تخليني أرجع لهم دايماً.
الفنادق الحلوة وايدة ومتروسة.. بس أمثال محمد وعبدالحميد وأحمد هم اللي صج يخلون المكان غير ويفرق عن الكل.
Address Dubai Mall is a high end hotel with big spacious rooms and is incredibly convenient to the area around the Burj Khalifa, including the Dubai Mall.
Khalifa who checked us in was very helpful in getting us a room before the scheduled check in time and after traveling overnight we were appreciative. Room 2812 was a Burj Khalifa/Dubai fountains room and the view was fabulous! We stepped out for coffee and breakfast and when we came back the room was already made up.
The pool was fantastic with great views! The pool staff was excellent as well.
Very impressed with this property and will definitely stay again in the future!
We visit in kids club everyday and it's so fun. Ms. Assumpta is so supportive and fun to play with. Our kids love to play with her. Such a good experience.
Very well managed block. Apartment’s cleaned diligently and professionally esp by Rehman and his teams.
First and foremost I want to thank Maria , not very sure what dept she works but she handled my wife’s requests even from before we got to the hotel with my family , she went above and beyond and made sure we got the rooms we wanted that suited our family needs , she was quick to respond and was always ready to answer questions.. She even walked us into the elevator and made sure we were checked in on time - the 2 guys at the point of check in made sure everything was smooth even tho we had a big family to check in , we didn’t feel it at all.. the guys also from the concierge and every staff we came across was very helpful even to the valet guys - they made our stay really comfortable and the experience was generally great. at no point did we hear the word NO. They always tried to meet our needs and we definately will be coming back again as a family.. The hotel was really clean , I love the address smell and the rooms were really comfortable.. we loved it and the kids had a great time.. Thank you.
