Amazing hotel
This was my third time staying at this beautiful apartment hotel with family and loved it. They have everything you can think of for a comfortable stay with kids. The apartments are so spacious and beautiful with all amenities included that it feels like home. The pools and breakfast were also amazing and so is the staff at this hotel. The mart on the ground floor is also super convenient. The views and location of the hotel are also great. I love the fact that it's only 10 mins from the airport. The shuttle service to festival city mall is also super helpful. All in all I loved staying here And will do so again.

Exceptional Stay at InterContinental Residences – Outstanding Service
As a frequent guest at InterContinental and InterContinental Residences with an active membership...I recently stayed at the InterContinental Residences. My booking was by Mr. Ahmed Elsayed who was wonderfully helpful. Upon arrival the front desk team gave me a warm welcome and they upgraded my stay to a signature apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and overall fantastic. The breakfast was excellent with great quality and variety. Special thanks to Mr. Kashif, the shuttle driver for his excellent service.
