Our staycation at Yas Plaza Mangroves was truly exceptional. What made this experience so special was not only the beautiful property and facilities, but the genuine hospitality, warmth, and personal attention from the entire team.

From the very beginning, our experience was remarkable. Upon arrival, Ms. Marry at Reception welcomed us with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that she immediately gave us the feeling that we had made the right choice by choosing Yas Plaza Mangroves. First impressions matter, and Ms. Marry certainly made ours a memorable one.

Our first dinner at the restaurant was another highlight. We had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Rohit Singh, and this was the second moment when we realised just how exceptional the hospitality at this hotel truly is. Mr. Rohit went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a special meal. What impressed us most was not simply that our request was fulfilled, but the way he handled it—with genuine care, respect, patience, and a sincere desire to make our experience special.

Mr. Rohit engaged his wonderful team, including Ms. Flyvya, Mr. Aravind, Mr. Marwan, and Ms. Febeles, and honestly, every single one of them demonstrated the same level of warmth and professionalism. They did not make us feel like guests simply making a request; they made us feel like valued guests whose happiness genuinely mattered to them.

What stood out throughout our stay was the consistency of the service. It wasn’t just one person or one department. Every member of the hotel and restaurant team we encountered was willing to help, assist, and go beyond expectations to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

From the restaurant team, reception, concierge, valet, security, and every other member of the hotel team, we experienced nothing but courtesy, respect, kindness, and genuine hospitality.

And then came one of the most touching gestures of our entire stay.

As we were leaving, the restaurant team surprised us with a lovely cake, accompanied by heartfelt wishes and a beautiful “See You Soon” gesture. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and honestly, it meant far more to us than they may realise. It showed that the hospitality we experienced was not simply part of a service routine—it came from people who genuinely cared about making their guests feel special.

We genuinely cannot thank the entire team enough.

It is difficult to express our appreciation adequately through words, but I am writing this feedback with a strong sense of responsibility and complete confidence: if you choose Yas Plaza Mangroves, you can expect the same level of care, respect, and hospitality that we experienced.

Mr Marwan was excellent very good service

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel from the moment we checked in until our departure. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away.

The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious food, with plenty of options to suit every taste. We also truly appreciated the additional vegetarian dishes specially prepared for us during the dinner, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Chef Prashan and Chef Roshan for their thoughtful effort and Delicious food .

We would also like to sincerely thank Hostess Flavya for her warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding hospitality throughout our stay.

A special appreciation goes to Rohit Singh, who led his team with professionalism and dedication. He was friendly, attentive, and always ensured that every detail of our stay was taken care of. His excellent leadership and genuine care, along with the support of his team, made our experience truly exceptional.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The outstanding service, delicious food, and warm hospitality exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again soon.
