Terrible! I booked a massage through Groupon during the first weekend of March. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. There was no consultation about the type of massage I preferred, and I was given a deep tissue massage without any discussion. During the session, the therapist damaged my toe while my toe while pressing and pulling it, causing significant pain that has persisted since. When I contacted the spa couple of weeks later, they were dismissive and unhelpful, telling me to apply medication and implying it was normal. It’s been over a month, and I have not received any follow-up from them to check on my condition. It’s clear that they don’t care about their clients well-being.

Hotel was okay but definitely a bit run down. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room itself was very clean and fresh, but the whole floor smelled of smoke as most of the other rooms seemed to be smoking rooms.

A few issues during the stay. The WiFi didn't work, the passwords we were given were wrong and staff couldn't get it sorted. The phone in the room also didn't work, so anytime we needed anything we had to go down to reception. There was also a leak in the bathroom which left the floor and our clothing wet, and the constant dripping noise wasn't great during the night.

Overall, the room was clean and staff were friendly, but too many issues for the stay.
