Booking system scam
Whole booking was scam- advertised as room with breakfast and dinner,,,I used my Hilton honours points to pay 200aed part of rate of about 2500aed. When I arrived at hotel for check they denied us the two meals saying if you use points you loose the meals. None of which was mentioned when you book. Such a scam- regret being a member as you get punished for loyalty and earning points.

Best Vacation
We had amazing stay, from reception to dining all staff are friendly and approachable ready always to help. Swimming pool is clean and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Our kids enjoy the kids club thank you Kaye and Jaz for taking care of our kids well.
