I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but my experience at The WB Abu Dhabi was truly special! And what made it even more memorable was the incredible staff.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a design that manages to be both cool and elegant at the same time. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and everything works perfectly.
The service is excellent! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any request.
I want to say a very special thank you to Violah, who made our mornings even more enjoyable. Our daughter was so excited to see her every morning at breakfast, and honestly, so were we! Her warmth, kindness, and amazing service really made a difference to our stay. It’s people like her who turn a great hotel experience into something truly memorable. Wont forget also Wicky and Anna who made us feel very special with their amazing service! We will always remember them as part of this amazing experience!
And Thank you also for Sisi - also in the sidecicks for welcoming us everyday with a beautiful smile and welcoming our daughter.
The pool area is also lovely and relaxing, and the huge cinema screen by the pool is such a fun and unique touch!

We have had the most incredible 7-night stay at The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
From the moment we arrived, everything has been absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is stunning, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and has such a lovely atmosphere. Every little detail has been thought of, and the whole experience has exceeded our expectations.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they really went above and beyond to make our holiday special.
We stayed on the Full Board Dine Around Plus package, which was worth every penny. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a fantastic variety of restaurants and dining options. We particularly enjoyed being able to experience different restaurants rather than eating in the same place every day. The quality of the food and service was consistently outstanding.
The pool area was beautiful, relaxing and always well maintained. We loved having the perfect balance of relaxing by the pool and enjoying the amazing theme parks on Yas Island. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with so much to see and do nearby, making it an ideal holiday destination for families with teenagers as well as couples.
We were also celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary during our stay, and the lovely touches from the hotel made the occasion feel even more special.
Having travelled to some beautiful hotels over the years, I can genuinely say this has been one of our favourite hotel experiences. The standard of service, cleanliness, facilities, food and attention to detail has been exceptional.
We recently stayed at the Warner Bros. Hotel in Abu Dhabi as a family, and I wanted to take the time to share our experience and, more importantly, recognise some of the staff who we felt we truly above and beyond during our stay.
I’ll be the first to admit that things didn’t get off to the best start. We experienced a few issues during our stay, which were disappointing, particularly as we’d been looking forward to this holiday for quite some time. However, that soon changed and what really made the difference was how those concerns were dealt with, and that’s where Aziz, one of the hotel managers, really stood out for us.
I genuinely cannot thank Aziz enough for everything he did for us. He took the time to listen, understood our concerns and, rather than passing things on to someone else, took personal ownership of getting them resolved. He was approachable, professional and, most importantly, genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed the remainder of our holiday. This level of service goes a long way to making a stay memorable and enjoyable for the right reasons. What impressed me was that he didn’t just say the right things. He actually followed through on what he promised and made a real effort to turn things around for us. Thanks to Aziz, what initially felt like a disappointing experience ended up being a really memorable family holiday.
For me, that’s what good management and customer service are all about. Things won’t always go perfectly in any hotel, but it’s how you deal with problems that makes the difference. Aziz certainly demonstrated that, and I hope the senior management team at Hilton recognise what an asset they have in him.
I also wanted to mention some of the other staff who deserve recognition.
Ayush, Wicky, Lawrence, Farkhanda and Ganga in the restaurant were all fantastic throughout our stay. Always polite, friendly and attentive, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They made us feel welcome each time we visited. From planning a day ahead, to knowing what we liked and needed, these guys were brilliant. Amin was also lovely to deal with and always had a friendly manner.
A special mention to William and Hussein in the hotel shop. We visited the shop quite a few times, particularly with our little boy being such a huge Superman fan! Both were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, and we really appreciated how they interacted with us as a family.
I’d also like to thank Kiru from the concierge team for his assistance during our stay. Things were not always straightforward with the theme park tickets but he always had a solution in mind.
We’ve been fortunate enough to travel extensively over the years and have stayed at some excellent hotels, so we do appreciate good service when we receive it. The Warner Bros. Hotel has a great concept, particularly for families with young children, but ultimately it’s the people working there who can make or break the experience.
And that’s why I wanted to give Aziz the recognition he deserves.
He went out of his way to make sure our family had a lovely stay, and I genuinely appreciate the time, effort and personal attention he gave us. It would have been easy for him to simply apologise and move on, but he did much more than that.
Aziz, thank you once again for everything. You really did save the day for us, and considering where we were staying, I think it’s only appropriate to call you the true Superman of the Warner Bros. Hotel!
We came away with some lovely family memories, especially for our little boy, and that’s something we’ll always appreciate.

We had a wonderful stay at The WB Abu Dhabi. The Warner Bros. theme is done beautifully throughout, and the hotel feels fun and stylish without losing its five-star polish. The room was spotless, comfortable and full of thoughtful details. What really made the visit was the staff.
